Family business or not this is an awful company do not use.

Hired a van to do a move down to London and the clutch on the van died. Rang the company and they didn’t care. Didn’t care our driver was stranded in London now or that we had a van full of items.

They have no recovery facility which is just crazy for a van hire service.
They lad on the phone told three of us, all separately, that the clutch on that van goes every now and then.

Upon demanding a refund since the van they gave us was not fit for purpose they have declined and therefore I will be going to trading standards.

Customer service at its worst....! Rude at collection and horrendous at drop off. Website is full of faults and the customer gets the blame. Steer well clear of them.
