We used the Bishop Auckland branch for some soundproofing stuff. The team were amazing! They were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and sourced a product we desperately required - a product I had been unable to find within a 200 mile radius online and through endless phone calls. This alone saved me over £60. Thank you.

We used Doves Darlington and Stockton throughout a house renovation. They were really helpful, the products are good and well priced. Natalie and Darren, the delivery drivers couldn't be more helpful.

I ordered 4 dumpy bags of sharp sand on line to be delivered but when the date was allocated was no good for me. So I phoned the online support and I spoke to a very friendly and helpful Lisa Addams who went above and beyond to help me to the point that I hand my delivery within 4 hours. Thank you Lisa. Would use this company from now on!

Second non delivery of 20mm bulk gravel wasn't bothered the first time they actually contacted me and arranged another date. This time I have taken a day off and waited for a delivery which never came annoyed that no one had contacted me another waisted day come on JT DOVE get a grip CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE IS IT

I received a confirmation email with delivery info from an apprentice sales person called Phillip Holman.
It was greatly appreciated that my order was acknowledged. It was a really nice personal touch.
Previous orders I did not receive this so it was quite out of the blue and a nice touch.
My order arrived today as requested. Delivery driver great as usual.
I saw from his email that he is an apprentice and I wish him good luck in the future.
I did not not have his managers name to email them directly I asked him to forward the email to his manager.In order that they appreciate his excellent customer service.
The products were exactly what I wanted,at a good price and with free and quick delivery. Well done JT dove and let’s give people praise they deserve rather than only commenting with complaints.

After struggling to find the exact paving slabs we wanted for our patio, we found JT Dove could do them but, being way outside their delivery area we weren't sure if we could make use of their service.

Got in contact with the team who were very helpful and managed to arrange purchase through them, with delivery coming directly from supplier.

Price and service were excellent (special shout out to Liz for her friendly communication and assistance). A team who really went the extra mile for us and we really appreciate it!

Ordered 50 roof tiles online over bank holiday. I am having solar put on roof and suggested I have some roof tiles as mine are 70 years old as replacements in case some get damaged during installation. Identified tiles. Did not want many and after a bit of searching found JTdove who have been going for years. Non in my local area so ordered online. They called me next working day and apoligised for not getting them to me that day. Explained reason why I wanted and did not need immediately. Rang next morning and said juggled their deliverys a bit and could get them to me on the Thursday. Truley delivered 56 (packs of 14) tiles and dont think they made a great profit from me but must treat everyone in the same manner which is above and beyond what they need to do. Thank you. One tick on my solar installation done and with little effort from me. The are not just for the building industry they are very informed people your problem is their problem.

We needed more porcelain edging (a specific product) for our patio and after ringing about 8 branches of JT Dove, and having no luck, I rang the Houghton-Le-Spring branch and spoke to Liz. She said “leave it with me”, rang around other branches and managed to secure the paving we needed. What a star! She saved the day as the product had been discontinued and we needed it to finish our garden patio. Would highly recommend this branch.

I bought all my new bathroom from JT Dove in Birtley and am over the moon with it. Everything is fantastic quality and it looks amazing. Mark was a great help, nothing was a problem despite me being quite particular with what I wanted and sending lots of emails. He also got back to me quickly and managed to find everything I wanted. Would definitely recommend.
