Easily the worst courier service I have ever dealt with.
I was given a confirmed collection date of 10 March. When nothing happened, I contacted J&T on 11 March and was assured it would be picked up that same day. It is now 20 March and i have had to arrange an alternative delivery method.
Since the failed pick up on March 10th, I have contacted them almost daily. Every interaction follows the exact same script:
“Terribly sorry”, “best efforts will be made today”, “your case has been expedited”, “a driver will contact you before 8pm”.
None of this has ever materialised.
This is not an isolated incident. The last time I used J&T, I also experienced problems and had to rearrange delivery. One month later, I received a message saying they'd collect the parcel that day. When i mentioned the timescale, i was told 'I've just come back from leave'.
The fact that the exact same failure has happened again tells you everything you need to know about how this company operates.
Their customer service is effectively useless. Representatives do not answer questions, take no ownership, and simply repeat pre-written lines regardless of what you ask. The online chat is no different — copy-and-paste responses with zero accountability or follow-through.
At this point, it’s difficult to tell whether there is any real operational process behind the scenes at all.
I gave J&T another chance assuming my previous experience must have been a one-off. That was clearly a mistake.
Avoid this company entirely. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and completely indifferent to their customers.
