Placed my 1st order a couple days ago. Prices and deals are great! Later, a rep called to let me know about a stock issue (I tried to buy 3 of the same thing/they only had 2) he was nice and offered me tons of alternatives to satisfy my order. I got my order today and they even threw in some swag!!! I'm stoked. They've got a customer for life.
So at first i had to fight to add the 10% first time order which they didn’t want to add. Then i got 2 packs 1 pack every single POF leaked. I emailed 3x before i got a response next time use a different shipping method. NO i want a guarantee the product comes in good shape. The package wasn’t damaged by delivery the pack was a bad pack. 1 was fine the other not. They kept saying it’s in thee FAQ we don’t replace leaky packs. Well guess what u lost a customer bec the vape store up the street from does and while they don’t carry Jones. Jones pods just lost a customer due to your negligence and lack of customer service.
I had one order delivered without a hitch, but the next and last was a problem. The site as best I can tell is credible, charges and refunds given relatively timely, but customer service is not so awesome. In my case I was blamed for their account creation issues when they somehow "lost" the uploaded pic of my ID, blamed me, and demanded I send it via replying to a specific e-mail that they sent me? hmmm.
Not sure how much I trust them to keep my personal information secure and there are plenty of sites and storefronts to buy vape juice.
