I want to share my experience with this amazing company. The slow juicer I got is absolutely perfect, the juice is tasty and refreshing. There is neither too much waste nor noise when using this outstanding machine.
Me and my girlfriend experienced health improvement and slight weight loss after starting using the JR 8000, we simply use it on regular basis and want to keep using it forever.
We have had lovely experience with Customer service as well. Their attitude is just great. The way they sorted out everything was perfect and it only took 24 hours!!
I highly recommend buying this product of exceptional quality from this company. It really is worth the price and the customer service and technical service teams are always there ready and able to help with any kind of issue.

I chose the Quantum blender after reading reviews while shopping for better known products. he idea that it is restaurant grade and comes with a 10 year guarantee + the reviews did it for me. I was therefore a bit disappointed to find it didn't work when it arrived so rang them on Saturday and got a message to say mon-fri; fair enough. Imagine my surprise when i got a call at 1715 from a concerned employee who asked me to send an email for tracking purposes but a courier would deliver a new motor unit on Tuesday and pick the faulty one up - which is exactly what happened and the new one is fine. These things happen but this is the best customer experience I've had in a long time.

I ordered the JR Ultra Quantum Touch 3 T-101 blender. I live in Germany and it took only four days to arrive. This is the best blender that I have ever used. I had some questions about my blender which were answered promptly by a true service professional. I would definitely recommend this company and their products.

I was researching Vitamix-style blenders and came across the Juicy Retreat website with its high-end range of machines.

I was sceptical that theirs could match Vitamix in terms of build quality, functionality and customer service but have discovered that they have a machine that not only matches the functions and guarantee period (7 years) but is several hundred pounds cheaper and has exemplary customer service. David was happy to chat away and answer all my detailed questions, providing me with all the information I needed for choosing the model. I was even offered an (interest-free) payment option to allow me to spread the cost over three months.

I look forward to receiving my Touch 3 tomorrow after paying just £194.99 up front. For a total of £389.99 I get a very powerful machine with a brushless motor that should outlast the Vitamix and has 5 presets, pulse and variable functions all on a touchscreen.

This could be the ultimate blender that we've all been waiting for.

I've got the 8000s slow juicer and it is hands down the most amazing machine! It's the 3rd juicer I've had and is a hugely more pleasant experience than either the hectic fast Philips centrifugal one or the more fiddly slow one I also tried. This takes all the crunchy, leafy, squishy veg and fruit you can throw at it, without any jamming or wasted bits. The juice is beautifully rich and the pulp is extremely dry, which is great for minimal waste. I got the red one, and it looks fab too!

I also can't say enough how great Juicy Retreats' customer service team are: the first machine I got had the wrong plug on it. I instantly got to speak to someone very nice who apologised and sent a replacement out instantly, which was duly received the next day (and they collected the original one).

Top marks for a company trying to compete against bigger brands.

We were waiting for Purus since spring as it was out of stock, but we needed it so much that decided to send an email and find out that it's going to be upgraded, we just need to wait a bit (4-5 weeks). So, all reviews and desctiption of this juicer sounded so good that we had to wait... 😉 then David informed us by email that we can pre-order and receive it in next couple of weeks, but our wedding party was on that time and not in UK, then honey moon... So, we requested to keep it until we were back and promised to email, but forgot at all, anyway - Juicy Retreats remembered us and we are already enjoying fresh juices every day!! The taste is so good, that we can't beleave we didn't think about it before.
Easy to assamble and clean - it's really important, as well as not taking much space - just perfect. Thank you for one more time for everything 😊

Just like to share with you all my experience dealing with Juicy retreats. I ordered the Puris Juicer, which was out of stock. Had an email saying woul let me know when available. True to their word had email on Monday delivered in Tuesday, even had a time slot of one hour, delivered 10mis into the hour.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank every involved at Juicy Retreats for a 1st class service, I would recommend you to everyone.a special thank you to David who kept me informed every step of my order. When I tried to order a JR 8000S juicer, the website said I would need to preorder and wait for 3 weeks until it was back in stock. I contacted Juicy Retreats to find out whether there was any way I could get the product sooner. I sent the email at 10pm on Sunday night and within 15 minutes I had a lengthy response assuring me that I could indeed have my order shipped the next day. David even gave me the discount code for online orders and informed me of shipping time to Denmark and that they would include a European plug. Less than 24 hours later, I received an email that the juicer has been shipped. I have made hundreds of online orders in the past few years and this is the best customer service I have experienced. From reading all the reviews, I am sure that I will be satisfied with the juicer as well when it arrives!

Just took receipt of the JR8000S Juicer. When unpacked the lip of one of the jugs was broken. Contacted Juicy Retreats and 'abracadabra' a replacement was delivered the next day. As for the juicer it's fantastic. I'm new to juicing and recently bought a centrifugal juicer,(didn't do enough pre-reading). Started to read up and realised a masticating type was better for juice quality and shelf life, need to make batches to take and enjoy whilst working. The juice is quite different. Doesn't separate, more flavour and lots more juice. The JR is easy to use and clean, has a good run time (for batches) and will juice leaves, wheat-grass. Its versatile, can even make smoothies,frozen treats,nut milks. Need I go on!.Looks good too and the web price is good value. I did quite a lot of checking, researching and reading before purchasing. Staff are on hand to give advice about the product and there's no pushy sales. Excellent Juice, Excellent Service, Excellent Company. :)

I have owned a JR8000S juicer for approx a year and on this one occasion I didnt assemble the lid correctly and forced it shut (was having a bad day :-) ) and subsequently broke the safety switch. I must stress this was entirely my fault. I called the customer service team and spoke with a pleasant gentleman called Steven, who told me not to worry that they will sort it for me. I sent the base unit back and although the problem was caused by me and not the machine they fixed the switch, they didnt charge me for any labour time, and they paid the return postage!! All of which they did it 2 days!! I was juicing again 2 days after breaking the machine. I am not normally one for customer reviews but on this occasion I felt compelled to write a short note on here as the company thoroughly deserve the praise and I have to say that this is the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online company. Well done!

I've had my juicer for 3 weeks now, and it changed my life. I value, that any questions I have are answered quickly and helpfully.
I find the juicer easy to use, and imagined cleaning it much more difficult.
I like that there is comparatively little pulp, it also is fairly quiet, and I find i can use so many more leaves herbs and wild herbs from my garden, than before I got this juicer (I had a handjuicer for several years)
I like this juicer so much that I recommended my parents to get one too.

What an excellent company to do business with. Every aspect of my dealings with them was helpful, professional, informative and accurate. The way that they arranged to keep me in touch with delivery by text and email was second to none. If you have to call them or email them you get a really prompt response from someone with a pleasant manner who knows what they are talking about. The quality of the juicer that I bought from them also exceeded expectations and represented excellent value for money. Another customer commented that "they redefine customer service" I completely agree.

OK. I've been buying online since the concept was invented. Buying online means above all saving time. To save time, folks at the other end must appreciate buyers' motive for buying online and do their best to save them time. This means designing a user friendly website, to the point, have experienced salespersons ready to help with online chat and then speedy dispatch of ordered goods. Juicy retreats has it all. Plus top of the line products at very very reasonable prices. I managed to order 4 slow juicers for the whole family in just a few minutes and received them. almost 5,000 miles away within 48 hours! For that we have to also thank UPS. The juicers, JR Ultra Purus did what they were expected to do, really quiet and very fast for this type of juicers. Taste is much better than fast centrifugal juicers. They are really easy to clean and also a credit to our kitchen decor thanks to their nice modern design. We did not need online support to set up the juicers and operate them thanks to easy to follow printed instructions and online videos but we are sure that if we needed support it would be swift, either with online chat or a support ticket. To conclude, if you decide to buy from this company you will end up with this rare (nowadays) feeling of money well spent!

I decided to juice after my diagnosis of cancer but had no clue as to which machine to buy. I stumbled across Juicy Retreats whilst surfing the net and what a happy accident! They are available to chat online it seems always. Before buying they were so helpful regarding the differences between machines but importantly, like a reviewer previously said, there was no pressure to buy. They have so many tutorials regarding their products too that are worth watching if you are considering.
After ordering (with the significant discount the company offers), the Purus arrived very promptly and today was the day I opened the box and started juicing. Previously I had a centrifugal juicer, the taste from the Purus is what I can only describe as cleaner and delicious!
I needed to register my machine for its warranty but wasn't sure how to complete the details, Jonathan was available online for a chat- this is on a Saturday morning and put me straight. He also gave me a recipe for a juice with sweet potato after I asked him whether I could juice raw sweet potato.
The customer service is amazing! Other companies could learn a lot from Juicy Retreats. Even after the sale has been made they are available with good ideas and advice. If you are thinking of buying a juicer this is the company to buy it from.

Called to order two juicers spoke to a chap called Steven who was very helpful and informative, so placed an order and received two 6000 juicers the next day..

After much deliberation, I bought a Purus in October last year, and to say I'm impressed would be an understatement! The smoothest juice EVER with minimal pulp. "Sad" as it may sound, I LOVE to watch the produce go down into the augur and be crushed! It looks really good on the worktop (one friend even commented on my "sexy juicer!) And it certainly is the easiest juicer to dismantle and clean. I'm a member of a number of juicing groups on Facebook, and each time anyone in the groups asks for a recommendation, I ALWAYS recommend the Purus. Some members (from FB's Juicemaster Juicing Club) have bought either the Purus or the JR-8000, and I would have no hesitation buying from them again.

Earlier this month my Purus started making a grinding noise (like it needed a good dose of WD40!) but I put it down to the fact that I was juicing a fair amount of celery and skin-on pineapple. Sadly, it *died* over the weekend and I reported the fault around lunchtime yesterday (Monday). I thought that I'd just get a replacement motor unit (as everything else is fine) but today (Tuesday) I have a brand-new replacement Purus!

I spend a lot of time between Barbados and London, and I think a lot of businesses in both locations could learn from a great deal from Juicy Retreats. Their customer service redefines "exemplary".

Juicy Retreats, as my teenaged daughter would say "you're ill". Which, I think, means you're BRILLIANT. I agree 1001%. Thank you, thank, you, thank you!!!
