I’m sad to hear that our tree did not live up to your expectations. We have a satisfaction guarantee meaning that we always offer a new tree or to cancel the order, if the customer is not 100% satisfied. Please contact us on mail kontakt@jule3et.dk.
I now that foreigners offend like the trees bigger and much fuller than a typical Danish Tree, so if that’s the case, then please also add as a comment how you would like the new tree to look.
