So disappointed with this set. The quilt cover looks old and faded, while the pillowcases look much more vibrant. Pillowcases actually look a different colour from the quilt and don't look as though they're part of a set. Very disappointing as I have bought several Julian Charles quilt sets in the past. Unfortunately just wasted £60+ as I won't be using it as its spoiling the look of my newly decorated bedroom.

I bought the super comfort version to replace my 10 year old Dunlopillow (which is now just a little flattened) as I am predominately a side sleeper.
I wouldn't (and probably couldn't) sleep with anything else! I even take it with me whenever possible we go away.

The duvet cover arrived damaged, I emailed them within a couple days of delivery once I found it, and zero response, but continue to be spammed by advertising emails and text messages.

If they were to resolve the issue, I could give a fair review of the product, but unfortunately as I can’t use it, I can’t do that.

Product quality is excellent. Probably the best duvet sets I've ever purchased and will be my first port of call for any new ones in future. I also liked the prompt delivery of my items, another reason why I won't hesitate to use your company for future orders.
It was actually my sister who recommended I check out your website as she has also purchased new sets for her bedrooms after she'd redecorated. Now I owe her a lunch.

Quick delivery and very comfortable pillows

On 6th of August I purchased (along with a Julian Charles pillow cases and pillow) a king sized fitted sheet (TC400) at you Boundary Mill store in Walsall for a price of £35 minus a 10% store promotion. As per instructions it was washed prior to use according to the instructions (and along with the pillow cases). This morning when trying to put the sheet on the bed I have discovered it is too small and if pulled over the mattress causes it to curl up in the corners. I immediately called your department at Boundary Mill and have just been called back (16.00) to be told I could not have a refund but they would be willing to exchange the product. As it is quite a journey I am hesitant to accept a replacement as if the same happens again and it still does not fit that would mean yet another trip. I have been given explanations such as wrong packaging (the sheet is bigger than double, just not big enough for king sized).

Note the pillowcases washed with the sheet are fine.

As the sheet is faulty / not as described and I am within the 30 days allowed by the Sale of Goods act 2015 I believe I am entitled to a refund. Could you please confirm this and notify the Boundary Mill store staff.
