Great suitcases and aftercare
Great suitcases and equally great aftercare! I had the telescopic handle of my suitcase damaged and received a new one for free. Communication was fast, friendly and clear. If my suitcase ever gets unrepairably broken, for sure I will buy another Jump suitcase.

Very quick response on my e-mail. Easy communication. In two days I recieved the part, which fitted perfectly.
Advice: your English version of the site is not completely in English. Buttons and answers are still French.

Wheel replacement
I requested wheel replacement for my Jump luggage! I received excellent and friendly efficient customer service! I received the replacement wheels in the mail within one week! They sent me a set of four! I highly recommend Jump luggage! Amazing luggage and high quality materials and excellent customer service!
