I bought a female regal jumping spider soroa locale from this company and she arrived yesterday and she is absolutely stunning. She’s confident, well fed, active and just really really beautiful.
I made an order and forgot to add on some flowers I later saw and the seller was wonderful in helping me out in adding them on after the fact! Can’t thank you enough.
Perfectly packaged and set her up with some food so she wouldn’t be hungry on arrival! Thank you so much!
I ordered a beautiful male jumping spider from here and was impressed with the packing skills, the fact everything came together despite the fact I did 2 separate orders was actually great so thank you! Spider arrived safely along with everything else. I also emailed about delivery and i wasn't sure on dates and they promptly responded and were very helpful. I should add delivery was also pretty quick which I appreciate.
Im incredibly happy with everything and will definitely come here again, thank you!!
they were absolutely amazing, updated me every step of the way, my spider arrived the exact day I selected, healthy and happy. Will definitely use again !!
Can't recommend enough its the only shop you should be buying your spiders from
First time ordering from this company and the only reason I’m giving them a measly one Star is due to delivery process. I placed an order on Friday 25th October , after Thursay Midnight so Technically Friday 25th at 00:06 hours. £10 for next day delivery and what di they di all day on a Friday and Saturday? It’s Monday 28th now and still no dispatch email. Charging your customers £10 for “NDD” is a complete joke. If I don’t receive my spider by Tuesday I’m opening a dispute. Can’t be lying to customers and not fulfilling the duties you’ve stated on your website. Utter joke

Received my Phiddipus Ardens jumping spider today and what a stunning little guy he is, he arrived nice and snug in some soft tissue and well packaged in a box, They even threw in a little spider key ring as a gesture. spider seems active and healthy, cant wait to pair him with my female P.ardens spider. Will be ordering again 👍🏻
I get all my jumpers from them and they have all been perfect. I feel like many of the 1 star reviews are their own fault and as a result unfair because they’re inexperienced in taking care of jumping spiders themselves. They’re one of the few breeders I’ve seen that aren’t super expensive and sell a wide variety of jumpers such as Portia Labiata. Most other sellers just seem to sell phidippus regius, audax and maybe some hyllus diardi. Also the packaging is great. My oldest spider from them, a phidippus audax bryantae is still alive and thriving! (I hope this doesn’t jinx it)
I bought a Hyllus Diardi from them and it was very healthy and from this experience I would recommend them. I own 4 others which are all different Phiddippus breeds (Phiddipi?) from different breeders/establishments.
I would highly recommend a Phiddipus for those starting out, as they don't require such high humidities and temperatures which are hard to achieve in the UK.
Along with this you should do a lot of research before buying to ensure your spider is the happiest it can be. They did not choose to be sold or live in a country they do not origin from, so please bear that in mind and buy responsibly.
I have ordered many jumping spiders from JSW and all have been extremely healthy and beautiful specimens of their species.
Every interaction I have had with them has been great and they have been very helpful and accommodating.
I highly recommend them
Had a regal spider for a Christmas present. Was told it was sub adult so expected at least one more molt from her and at least half a year to a year of life with her.. no issues to begin with other than her being shy and scared and not really jumping she just crawled about... then I noticed her building a hammock nest ( I thought yes a molt) but no she laid infertile eggs after a week she lost two legs and the next day she died.. I've been talking to a few people now and this isnt the first time they have herd of mis sold spiders from jumping spider web nor will it be they're last. They should not be advertising a spiders age if they are not fully aware, its false information.
All I can do is write a review and give my opinion on to avoid this company.
I've now ordered a new jumper from a more reputable breeder who has given way more information on a care for a jumper than this company has upon their website.
Only thing il give them credit for.. is their packaging and how well my spider was shipped at the time.
LETS EDIT THIS AS DIDNT SEE REPLY.. NO I HAVE A PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM YOU AND YOU WILL HAVE MY FATHERS NAME DOWN IN YOUR BOOKS AS IT WAS HIM WHO ORDERED IT AND IT WAS SHIPPED TO MY HOME! NO OTHER BREEDER PUT ME UPTO THIS.. I BROUGHT FROM A PROPER REPUTABLE BREEDER AFTER SEEING REVIEWS AND NEVER HAD ONE ISSUE WITH MY JUMPERS.

I bought a spider which cost me over £20 with postage.
Prior to buying I specifically asked them on their chat facility could it survive on crickets -they assured me it could. Their site also shows a picture of crickets in the 'live feed' section.
The animal I was sent totally refused crickets. Going back on chat I was told it would only eat flies? A total contradiction!
No pet shop in my city sells flies that is why I specifically checked. Subsequently, the animal refused crickets until it died.
Dreadful company. AVOID!
