I saw a car on a Sunday and didn’t think I’d get at call back on the Sunday after hours but I did receive a call and booked in an appointment for Monday with Jamie.
Saw the car, worked out a deal for mine and took the car home with me.
They cleaned it and prepped it in an hour.
Honestly a quick and professional transaction.

I will be going back.

From my initial enquiry with their knowledgable sales team, through to the after sales office staff checking I was happy. Please don't use this garage. The quality of service and aftercare is a disgrace. I brought my car in September and have had thermostat issues and the garage is unwilling to provide any help or assistance.
The worst condition car I have brought in over 20 years.

I booked an appt to see a car which looked perfect. Car was indeed great but I was not allowed to test drive it!! The salesman said it was company practice to avoid time wasters that they go through the finance process first. I thought this was strange as I’d already paid a deposit and driven 2 hours to see the car so was pretty committed! However I agreed and the finance came back showing I was credit worthy. The monthly figure was much higher than that illustrated on the website and I understand any figures are only for illustrative purposes but there was a significant difference. The figure on the website was based on 10.9% interest but the salesman told me the lowest interest rate they actually offered anyone was 12.9%. They had also included a warranty on the credit price which the salesman had already told me wouldn’t be of use as I lived 2 hours away for the servicing/MOT. I queried this and was told I could not test drive the car unless I committed to buying it at this price. I told the salesman that I was almost certainly going to buy the car but that I had other appts to see other cars so really needed to test drive first before making a final decision and before cancelling any other appts. He told me he knew I would be happy with it so I had to commit to proceeding with the finance I or couldn't test drive it.

The garage looks great, as do the cars but the actions of the salesman made me think something was not quite right. This included taking his phone off to call the finance company without me hearing; going off to apparently ask the manager if I would be allowed to ‘break the company policy’ by test driving the car(?!); adding a warranty on at full price that he’d already said I couldn’t make use of; not sharing any finance details with me and forcing me to commit to purchase before test driving. Although the salesman said this was all company policy that had been in force for 20 years, I had not been informed of any of it when I booked the appt and paid the deposit. So I decided to leave. It’s such a shame as this undoubtedly would have been the perfect car and I’d taken a lot of time and money to come and see it in good faith. However trying to bully me with unethical behaviour put me off ever buying anything from this company.

Outstanding service that surpassed any expectations. The car was well presented and exactly as described. Brad and David were honest, friendly and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and making the whole process easy and efficient without pressure. The showroom is truly impressive with excellent quality cars. I couldn't be happier with my new car, a very positive experience.

We drove 2 hours to see our Hyundai 130n. When we arrived we weren’t able to see the car however we knew this was what we wanted. Lovely staff and felt super welcome on the viewing visit as well as when we picked up our new car. It was everything as described and we didn’t feel pushed into anything. We were able to see videos and contact was made after to check everything was okay. I would highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a new car. The cars they have in are superb!

Can’t fault the car or salesperson, but when it comes to settling the outstanding finance on the car I traded in, that’s another story.

I traded in my car on the 08/11/25 that had outstanding finance on it and was told that would be settled within 3-4 working days. But three weeks later the finance still hasn’t been settled. After numerous emails, messages, WhatsApp and phone calls I was told not to worry and that the finance would be settled well before the next monthly payment was due on the car I traded in, but that hasn’t happened. Now I’m going to have to pay this month’s payment on a car I traded in three weeks ago as well as the monthly payment for the car I just purchased. I’ve part exchanged many cars over the years and any outstanding finance has been settled within a couple of days. This is just not good enough.

Everyone there was very helpful, sorted all the paper work with ease, even helping us get the best deal. Our little boy is really busy, and was so excited on the day, they were amazing with him, letting him look and sit in all the cars. He really enjoyed.
The team in Rugby deserve lots of credit, they were very busy that day, even the after service was brilliant to, very pleased with our purchase, Thank you all. Would definitely recommend this company 😁.

Car was clean and ready upon collection - really friendly staff made you feel welcome upon collection - from entering the building to leaving, was all done with 20 minutes!

Please check paperwork! Bought our dream car and we love it! Since seen they put an extra £1600 on top of asking price without telling us! One being a 12 month wty, two, prep pack, and three a service plan which we was told by the salesman was in with the car. The extra wty should’ve been offered not just put on! The prep pack inc arranging finance, valeting the car, checking the car, hpi check etc! Surely the new buyer should not be paying on top for this, it should be in with price???? A dealer can’t sell the car without doing above??? The service plan should’ve been offered too but was put on without us knowing or noticing, they get you to sign in a box on an iPad so you don’t see it! Be careful is all I can say! Was in the showroom 4 hours waiting to complete???
Part exchanged two cars but only one on the paperwork???
One of the part exchanges, finance settlement still has not been paid a month later????
2 complaint emails sent and some answered so now a complaint going to ombudsman and FCA!
Asked for finance settlement company bank details a week ago, so sent straight away, but still not paid!
Asked for refund if £1600 as I didn’t agree to this, but refusing saying was clearly on paperwork! I put trust into the salesman and company to put figures through as discussed and this extras and accessories charges were def not discussed!
Avoid this company unless you go through paperwork with every detail before leaving!
Check all reviews on this company as there are lots of customers saying same thing! A lot of stress and anxiety that I do not need! I am already on medication for this but I am absolutely fuming and suffering mentally!

Easy process from the start. Car was as described. Great communication, picked up from train station. Very friendly dealership happy with the service I received.

Just part exchanged my old Audi rs3 and bought a lovely Porsche macan gts. Couldn’t have been more simple got a great price on the part ex and got a fantastic deal on the new car many thanks will be returning for my next car.

About three months ago, I bought a 2010 Skoda Octavia VRS. (This car was an unusual offering as they usually sell upmarket vehicles.)
The car was immaculately prepared and save for a minor fault (which I have yet to go back with) the car drives perfectly. I would definitely TRUST this dealer and buy cars from them again.

Good service and easy transaction. No pushy sales people, just very helpful with anything I needed/asked. Especially Umesh who dealt with my sale and Tom who assisted with some last bits

I used Junction 17’s brokerage service recently for a vehicle I purchased from them last year. I didn’t have the best of experiences when buying the vehicle, but thought I’d give the company a second chance.

My experience this time around was completely different, mainly down to my dealings with Jaime in the brokerage department. She was always on hand to answer any questions quickly and promptly and also ensured the whole process went as smoothly as possible.

I’ll not hesitate to purchase a car from them in the future, hopefully my experience will be better the second time around. Thanks, Jaime!

Got a car from this company a month ago and I have to say the car is fab,had a few issues with it but the garage sorted so happy and would recommend

Unusual review this one because it was me that let the company I am reviewing down. I had agreed to buy and left a deposit on a quite expensive car a couple of weeks ago. The salesman Alberto who was truly excellent did his level best to prep the car how I wanted it (and succeeded) for me to have to withdraw from the sale at the last minute due to a change in my personal circumstances. Junction 17 were friendly, helpful and professional throughout and I would recommend them to anyone. I am truly sorry for what happened but it was unavoidable I am afraid.

September 2025 I came to Junction 17 to part exchange my car and find a new one. Everything on the day was smooth and looked after. ( Alberto was amazing, he did help me very much )

However & this is a big however.

Until NOW ( November 3rd 2025 ) I received a call from the team in Peterborough to request the bank details of my old car finance so they can pay this off ( two month later ) I have an email copy from junction 17 stating they would settle the part exchange finance on the 2nd September.

The team blamed me for not providing the finance company bank details ( two whole months after payment should have been made ) They have a 30 day threshold... this has expired

Busy listing my car for sale which you don't own yet..

We have now missed arrears payments and a potential strike to my credit score as we were told via email this would be paid no later than the 29th Sept 2025.

The peterborough team also completed repairs on my old car and listed it for sales before they even had it in there name or paid for it.

DO NOT TRUST THE ACCOUNTS OR FINANCE TEAM.

Unfortunately a lovely lady in Admin got the brunt of my complaint after Could the team not call and ask for the bank details? You had 2 whole months to CALL and ask!

Whichever team member demanded the lovely lady on the team to ring me you messed up big time and did not have the courage to call me yourself. Not a good look.
