Caution fraud! Wrong product delivered with 3+ months delay and refusal to reimburse!
I've ordered a 400 euro electric fireplace on the 4th february 2025 with a promised delivery time of 15 days. I've received the product end of may in the wrong size!!! since then impossible to get my money reimbursed.They don't inform you of delays, they don't have a customer service to reach other than a generic info request and they repetitively lie about delivery timelines and they lie about reimbursement transfer. I suspect profi-shop to be a fraud and will request refund of my order through my credit card company. Very disappointing especially as we made the drywall built-in to size for this product. Be cautious and don't order from this company.
