Excellent customer service. Web store didn’t offer shipping to Australia but Mirsad was willing to arrange it - many thanks. Looking forward to using the materials in my next snowboard build.
Shipping by EMS took a few weeks, which had me worried that it may have been lost, but it did eventually arrive. UPS would probably be faster and more reliable (but more expensive).
