Absolutely horrible!!
Absolutely horrible service and experience. I saw the very bad reviews online, but I thought I was just buying a new bike and ignored them. DON'T DO THIS! I bought a new e-bike, and the battery was burnt after two weeks. Recognising the issue, the store promised to order a replacement battery. Three weeks (and several phone calls) after, they tried to give me a clearly used battery for replacement, while claiming it was new. After showing the obvious marks of usage on the replacement battery to another employee, he simply replaced it with the battery of another bike that was for sale there, and gave me that one instead. So i had to wait 3 weeks and spend money on commuting only to get something that was in the shop available all along. Surely, a shop to be avoided.

I have ordered a bike on the 28th of…
I have ordered a bike on the 28th of August, today is the 4th og September- I still did not get a bike. Maybe it will come after 2-3 days( because its weekends tomorrow). So the delivery time is too long( not as promised 2-3 delivery days). It would be nice if I received the correct delivery information when I called 3 days after ordering. But every day I got different information about delivery. Also I said that I could pick it up in the shop, but I got information that its on the way and I could not.(it was one day ago)Next day I got information that a bike is still in a shop and it wil be delivered.
So I hope that it will not happen with somebody else.
Its very bad situation, when you are waiting for something on time and can’t get it.

Jupiter Cykler would not fix a flat…
Jupiter Cykler Lyngby would not fix a flat tire on my MATE bike because they do not sell that brand themselves. It was ONLY a flat tiren nothing else.
Horrible and short sighted service and I would not recommend them to anyone.

When a bike is punctured, you do not know prior to the repair, whether the bicycle is to be simply patched or if it is necessary to replace the tube. If the tube is to be replaced, one has to remove the wheel and disconnect the electricity from the bicycle. Therefore, in your case, it has been estimated that the risks have been too high.
In recent years there has been a boom for new importers of especially electric bikes, where either the components on the bicycles are custom made for that bike or are of such poor quality that we do not support them. We therefore reserve the right to refuse a repair, as we as a dealer / repair shop cannot guarantee that your bike will work optimally.
We have an in-depth knowledge of both ordinary bicycles, as well as electric bikes, and a bike is not just a bike. Of course, we do not have a list of which brands we repair but look at each individual bike and evaluate if we can deliver a service that has an acceptable standard for you as a customer.

Jupiter cycler in Glostrup
We've been in Denmark for a year now and we bought 3 bicycles from them in Glostrup (2 adult, 1 kids, as wellas a pull bike). I've been very happy with the service we've received. Whenever we've had a problem with one of the biles they've taken care of the issue very quickly. They fixed my back brake today while I waited and I'm looking forward to heading out tomorrow to hit the trails.

Confusing with happy ending
I've bought a bike on sale online on jupiter cykler website however after ive paid they have called me to tell me that the color that was on the website actually doesn't exist. They had two other colors out of which mý girlfriend really liked one so it was ok in the end :)

Service matters @ Jupiter.
On June 2 this year, I went to get something fixed on my bicycle. I thought that this place on Vesterbro Torv would do the job, but when the guy realized that there was not much money to make, he turned me down by saying they were closing soon and that I would have to come back next week. I proceeded to Jupiter. A man by the name of Rasmus took care of my bike under 5 minutes. I am glad that customers matter to Jupiter and I am also glad that I purchased my Von Bakkaus bike from them 5 years ago.
