My recent purchase a U-Boat took a few weeks to arrive, Jura explained there’d be an extended delivery time and kept me up to date till it arrived….very pleased with service.

27-05-2022 An Update. I am pleased to advise that my order has now been cancelled and my deposit returned less than 10 days as advised.
I have purchased many watches from Jura never had a problem. However on this occasion I purchased a watch on the 14th April promised would be delivered end of April now may July or 28th August end high I am not happy. Asked to cancel order as I can buy from other seller that have watch in stock. I have to wait 10 days for my deposit . This is not acceptable it’s discussing. Jura as lost a good customer. They don’t care.

A challenging refund process with delays
Received the watch quickly but sent it back. Jura do not want to give refunds. At first they tried to convince me to buy another watch, ignored my request for a refund, and now have still not refunded me two weeks later. No interest in doing things quickly, and I have had to chase by phone and email. Avoid, and use a professional watch dealer that will provide better customer service.
