I placed an order online on 02/09/2025 and only afterwards discovered the watch was not available for immediate delivery. When I phoned, I was told delivery could take 2 to 8 weeks – completely unacceptable. I cancelled the order the same day.
Despite this, the Klarna payment had already taken a large first instalment. You would think Jura would advise Klarna straight away, but instead I was told the refund could take 7–14 days. In other words, they sit on customers’ money even though the order was cancelled immediately.
For a company of this size, that is extremely poor practice. As someone who has spent a lot with Jura in the past, this is simply disappointing and has made me lose confidence in their service.

I purchased a watch from this 'company' and after 6 weeks the hour hand stopped working. The minute,second and GMT hands still seemed to work fine so I emailed them as it is under warranty (unfortunately just outside of the returns window) and received no reply, I waited another week and tried again but once more I received no response to my email. In the end I contacted the watch manufacturer directly explaining the problem and arranged for them to have a look at it. I posted it off and after around 2 and a half months I received my watch back from the manufacturer after they had to replace the hour hand, GMT hand and the movement as there was debris in the movement! I had only worn the watch at most 10 times in the short time I had it and the screw down crown was always in place so I'm guessing this may have been a display piece although it wasn't stated as being so when I purchased it. So I wore my watch for 1 day after receiving it back from the manufacturer and the same issue occurred with the hour hand not turning, I couldn't believe it! So I thought I'd try and get in touch with Jura watches again as by this point I'm completely fed up with this watch as I've never owned one before that has had this many issues. To my surprise they responded this time, so I sent my watch down to them to have a look at, they then decided to send it off to the manufacturer again. I received very little updates at all so had to chase them up every week or so just to find out what is happening. After chasing them up and receiving no updates for the third time I just asked if it would be possible to swap the watch for a different brand but of the same value as I didn't think this was an unreasonable request given all the issues with this watch but they were very quick in responding to this email and let me know that this is out of the 30 day return window and it wouldn't be possible to exchange it and funnily enough my watch is nearly ready and should be back with me in a weeks time.
I implore anyone looking at purchasing anything from this company not to. I've never dealt with such an amateurish and unprofessional company in my life and the lack of after sales care is so bad they should genuinely be embarrassed.

This is my second watch off Jura this year a Seiko pure black solar as a daily watch to protect my Tag Carrera brought earlier this year off Jura.

I have found Jura a very patient go to team for all watches & knowledgable flexible most helpful and will genuinely aid you to the right choice of watch.

They bend of backwards to be helpful from sales to financing to the team that do sizing packing & distribution.

I cannot fault them, I am amazed & most thankful by their customer ethos can do attitude and go the extra mile.

I placed & paid in full for a watch and was so looking forward to it arriving. I had phoned & emailed numerous times & suspected something wasn't right?
Eventually someone called me with the news I was dreading. They never had it in stock in the first place! I struggle to understand that they can take someone's hard earned money & build up someone's hopes like this.
They are a well established Jewellers & really should know from the start if they are out of stock or not. Also I had to pay nearly two weeks worth of interest on my credit card while they had my money & I have no watch.........I feel really let down.

The Hamilton watch met my expectations and the price was good but poor delivery service via DPD - 4 hrs warning of delivery day and time slot with no info available on DPD website the previous evening. I paid £15 for this poor service.
I asked for the watch strap to be sized but it wasn’t and I had to do it myself.
The free gift of a watch repair kit is pretty low quality.

Very helpful gentleman when I phoned the company. Plus advice to find a local branch if we needed any alterations to the watch bracelet. Also they honoured a discount offer which was due to expire. Delivery was next day and it was packed well.

Contacted Jura to ask if they could locate a Watch strap for a tag heuer aquaracer in rubber . They found the strap and I purchased it. Very happy with the strap original tag heuer identical to the one on the watch I bought in 2018
