Cannot fault the service at all. The item I asked for, delivered the next day. The second time I have used Just Brabantia and the first transaction was the same!!

Excellent service and speedy delivery

The order for this item was placed because it was in stock.
We were then contacted stating the one in stock was damaged and therefore could not be delivered. We were given the option to purchase a smaller one but that would not have suited our requirements.
Now we have to wait and see when it arrives.
Not a satisfactory experience.

Our old rotary dryer was flattened when we demolished the shed so I researched new dryers. Brabantia have a good reputation and I read the reviews and I decided on the Topspinner 40m version. Delivery was very quick and it was competitively priced - cheaper than on Amazon! It is well built and easy to instal - no cement is needed. The lines are well spaced out and the washing dried much quicker. It is easy to put up - a strong push does it - and when down, a tie holds it in place. It is easily removed for storage in the shed or garage. I am very pleased with this product and fully recommend it. Just need to get a cover for it now!

I ordered a replacement ironing board cover, the 8mm thick one, and it fits perfectly. No hassles fitting it and has been great with my steam generator iron.

3 litre bin is small but i need for my bedroom also it wall mount which i was interest in only and hold fine so am happy with it not price

Top company bought a bin around 5 years ago and the clasp broke and the lid was cracked emailed company and they sent new lid free of charge.
Quality product and quality service

On the website I had a problem entering the delivery address n the Republic of Ireland. However once this slight problem was sorted, the service and the customer service was second to none. Thanks very much.

The service was excellent and the package arrived within two days.

I was a bit disappointed that the colour of the cover I ordered did not correspond with the one I received. Cannot complain about the effiency of the delivery

Ordered an ironing board directly from Brabantia and after it had not been delivered within the 3-5 day timeframe I contacted customer services via email. They contacted me by phone within 15 mins to discuss what had happened. The warehouse also contacted me directly shortly after and assured me that my item would be delivered the next day. It turned up the next morning and arrived well packaged and in good condition.

I could not order 2 of the same item on your website - it kept defaulting back to one. If I tried to continue shopping to add the item again it told me it was already in basket. I had to order one steel and one matt toilet brush when I really wanted 2 matt ones!!!

Wallfix dryer and casing arrived smashed to pieces.
I will contact Brabantia on next working day and update this review once I get a response from them.
