No refund for returned item
I bought a stylus in April, which didn't work with my iPad and needed to return it. The company accepts returns but their courriers cannot say when they come to collect. Basically you have to be at your address 5 days a week office hours. The customer service person was very friendly and responsive but they couldn't do anything about it.
After a lot of emailing back and forth, I returned the item on 22 May. I've sent them an email on 21 June to enquire about the progress of the refund. I haven't got a reply yet and I haven't got back my money. So much waste of time...
