Their purchasing page allows both a cardholder address and an option to deliver to a different address. I added a different delivery address. However my purchase was delivered to my cardholder address, at the other end of the country, where neither myself or my car were. I needed tow bar parts to fix mine to hook up a trailer where i was currently staying. Eventually it got sorted out and a new set of parts were shipped to the correct address. So despite the mistake they sorted it out in the end. This in itself makes it an entirely positive experience considering you can only truly rate a company on what they do when things go wrong anyway ;)

Ordered some wheel covers, website stated in stock. Not in stock and no communication about my order. Finally arrived 2 weeks late, and no apology whatsoever. I would not recommend this company to anyone and advise to look elsewhere. I certainly wouldn't buy from them again.

The tow bar arrived on time, packed well, undamaged. The instructions were clear and all the items required were present. It worked well when used and looks seriously robust.

Don't use this company. I incorrectly ordered the wrong tow bar and when i spoke with Just Tow they were helpful and said to return it. They acknowledged it's receipt but said they hadn't checked it in yet so hadn't issued a refund yet. Two and half months later and despite leaving voicemails and sending lots of emails i still haven't had a response or a refund (£232)

Very responsive helped find a solution to get the tow bar to a remote part of the UK kept me informed at all times about the delivery process. Efficient and trust worthy. not fitted the bar yet but hopefully that will go smoothly too
