Didnt receive an email to confirm payment, or dispatch of goods....I think its curtious so u no where ur package is and when to expect it. But apart from that they came and I have no complaints.

Product looked as if it was not ready until July, however only a week after ordering got an email to say it was on its way. Delivery service was excellent. Got prior warning an was given an hour delivery slot and they arrived when the said they would and the driver was very plesant.

I ordered a quinny mood push chair, carry cot, car seat and a changing bag all to match I spent a lot of money! I have been saving up to get these last few things I need just in time for my babies birth. I arranged a delivery date which was going to be quick and suitable for me.
my order came but missing was my changing bag which was £85 alone. it had a note just to say changing bag to follow asap?
i left it a few days but still no changing bag, so i called the company this was on the a Saturday i was told that someone would call back on Monday! i never received a call so i emailed the company.
i finally got a reply to say the bag i ordered was actually discontinued and that they would send me another version of the bag instead. that they would let me have it for the same price(its the same price anyway!) i have actually seen it cheaper on other web sites! and more to the point itas not the bag i really wanted, if i did want this one i would have ordered it!
i am desperate for the back though so i said to go ahead just sent me the other bag hopefully as a matter of urgency!
i get a email back to say it will be with me asap?! that's all!
asap.... when does this mean!
i called the company, spoke to 2 different people the first did not know what i was talking about, the second person was very unprofessional and offered no real apology or accountability for selling me a product that they don't even have. i asked when the product would be with me, i got no answer he didn't know for sure, said hopefully some time next week, that's all i got. no offer of a refund that's it. i am still waiting for my bag now. very unhappy with the service, would have been better if someone rang me to explain situation yet i have to keep chasing them up to see whats going on! this is what has really upset me. i will never buy anything else from this company. i am a very unhappy customer. just hoping to receive my bag soon.

Great prices and good website. Only thing is there doesn't appear to have been any update post-order on what's happening. Particularly strange when you order a cot, wait, phone (answered promptly and courteously, to be advised delivery "tomorrow") only to discover APC tried to deliver when I was out yesterday. Weird. Surely easily sorted?

I had first ordered a baby swing from another online baby shop but never got the item and never had any communication. So I found Just4baby and they had the same product at the same price, but I phoned up first just to check that they definitely had the product in stock as I didn't want to end up waiting another 3 weeks! I was glad to get through to someone quickly on the phone and they were helpful. I then made the order online and the next day it arrived! The courier they use is brilliant too as they gave me an hour's slot and get me updated with texts & emails.
Really impressive. Will be using this site again for sure. Thank you.

Ordered my grandson a cotbed on a Sunday, it was delivered to the other end of the country by Wednesday. So impressed with the quality and service I ordered bedding for it on Friday and it arrived Tuesday. He loves it!

Delivered within 2 working days and even text to say when it would be delivered. Brilliant service.

No sign of any contact from Just 4 baby. Goods not received. No reply to phone. Then I'm asked to give my opinion on their service - not good at the moment!

Order was late to arrive the staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone. Product arrived fast once despatched and arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. They were the best price online. The only reason I deducted a star was for late delivery.

I bought a UV cover for my mountain buggy and I found just4baby had the best deal.
It arrived very quickly and was a great product.
Highly recommended by me.

I am rather disappointed as I thought I wa getting a great deal with free delivery and it was advertised that I would receive the package within 1-2 days it has now been 2 weeks and nothing I am told I am going to get it next week but still have had no definite confirmation

Very dissapointed at how long im waiting for my product. :( when i orderd it, it said 1-3 working delivery dates. And now i have been told it wont be here until week comencing 1st july.

Friendly website and prompt delivery. Only thing that was missing was an email informing me the item had been dispatched.

I ordered the chicco multiway stroller 2pm it arrived 11am next day.brilliant service and a great pram at a fantastic price.

Arrived within 2 working days I ordered a buggy sent tracking number and was advised if time slot as well . Brilliant service and would definitely order from them again !
