Absolutely no issues with this company. Order was timely and address plaque arrived as promised. It looks fabulous and very
sturdy; can't wait to get it up!

I ordered two plaques and the arrived very quickly. They looked great and I hope they hold up to the elements and time as they say. When I went to install them that is where my disappointment was.

Because I got two, I had four mounting screws and two drill bits. Both drill bits snapped as I was drilling the holes. Once I drilled the holes with my own bit, I tried screwing in the screws and one torqued out and twisted up and had to be removed with vice grips. The other three screws snapped off mid way into the holes. This means I had to basically find a different place to mount them and do it twice. I bought some rust proof coated screws and they went in with no problem.

Overall, they installed fine and they look great. But for the hefty price, I would expect some higher quality mounting hardware. They look good installed.

I ordered a street number plaque which included a shell design at the top. The shell design came through painted like a blob, without the shell line detail that it was supposed to have.
I emailed and offered to fix the detail myself if they shipped me a small container of paint 7/27, and was told by Cassondra that the small container of paint would go out immediately.
On 8/3 I emailed again to see if it had been shipped, (since it should have arrived in 3 days). I was then told by <Name removed> that it would be shipped on either 8/6 or 8/7!!
Please remember, I was being nice, and should have just returned the plaque for poor quality, and they could not even keep their word and ship out the paint for me to do their job!!
I complained loudly on 8/3, then on 8/6 I was told that it had shipped on 8/3.
It arrived on 8/7!!

Our plaque came in and perfectly matches the one that was destroyed when our mailbox was knocked down by a truck. One plaque survived and one was broken. It is beautiful and durable. The quality is outstanding. I knew from the web site information that it took a couple of weeks to manufacture it and was kept informed with the progress via emails. It arrived sealed in plastic inside cardboard. Excellent service and great product!

I just received the house plaque ordered as a wedding gift for my daughter and her new husband. It looks awesome and we trust this plaque will last many many years!

I ordered the monogram estate sign for our new home. We received it within the 2-3 week timeframe, that WAS conveyed to us when we ordered the sign.

Not sure if other people's reviews here are past that time, but we actually received ours in 16 days - which for a customized sign, we thought was very reasonable.

The sign arrived in perfect condition and was absolutely gorgeous and very well made.

Ordered long time ago. 6/9/2012. After calling twice to check on status, Co. said it would be another 2 weeks before we see house sign. Quality control issue. Should have just got it through Home Depot. Feel like I'm waiting for a bus that's not coming although they did take 10% off because of delay. Just want my house sign!

Got an Email 7/20/2012 told me order would be shipped first week in August. Way too long. Requested a refund. Don't need it that bad.

I inadvertently had too many characters for the plaque I ordered on my initial order. I received a very polite e-mail from a customer service representative at JustAddressPlaques.com informing me of the problem and suggesting some possible alternatives. We made a change that would work, and revised the order. The change involved a larger plaque with a small up charge. The next day I got another call because they do not retain credit card information for security reasons, so they needed me to provide them with my card number again. No problem. A few days later when I my wife and I were talking, “we” decided we would prefer a different background color. I called and asked if I could make the change. The representative who assisted me made the change to our great satisfaction. Each time I spoke with JustAddressPlaques.com I spoke with someone different. So yesterday, I got a final phone call from a young lady who I believe whose name is Jennifer to make absolutely certain everything about my order was as we wanted it before it went to production. Some might say the process took to long and was far too complicated. However, much of the delay and complication in this case was caused by the customer (me) and JustAddressPlaques.com handled each hurdle with courtesy and professionalism. I expect the place to last a long time. However, if I ever need another one, I know where I will go to get it…JustAddressPlaques.com. I will also let my neighbors know where I got the plaque if they ask.

After an initial hurdle, I found this company very responsive. They have a live chat online and respond quickly to email questions about orders. Looking forward to getting my customized address plate. It's one of the few companies that does quality ceramic jobs!

I ordered on June 25th. I checked order status online but it doesn't tell me anything. I emailed customer service asking when it might be shipped but haven't received a response yet.

The only thing I would have liked to see is a tracking number when the plaque was shipped so I could know when to expect it. But other than that, I would order from again.

No issues. Order went through without issue. I would have wanted an updated on the shipment but the they did respond quickly and the product showed up when estimated.

My address plaque came quickly with no problems at all. When I contacted them about shipping, customer service was professional and prompt. They go the extra mile to make the customer's experience a good one. The plaque itself looks very classy. It's sturdy and easy to wipe clean. I'm very pleased.

The address plaque we ordered looks great. However, the holes on one of the posts that came with the plaque to screw the two together does not line up and the bolt broke off when screwing one post on. Otherwise everything else is fine.

Loved the address plaque we received! Nice thick quality granite and address was easy to read. Only disappointment was it seems a bit smaller than I hoped but overall still happy with product.
