All round positive experience. All the members of staff I spoke to were polite and profesional throughout. George made buying process easy and communication was always fast and helpful. Very good after care as well, which is alwasy a bonus. The branch its self is also really nice and clearly well kept. Highly recommend.

My second car from Just Audivw, first car was an Audi Q3 sold to me by Sam Booth four years ago which he delivered a brilliant friendly and honest sale. During my ownership I have enjoyed an excellent relationship with customer services looking after all servicing and any repair issues flawlessly. I have since kept in touch with Sam and always enjoy a chat with him when I brought my car in for any work. When the time came for me to change my car I sought advice and spoke to Sam on many occasions to decide on which car to purchase. This time an Audi Q2, again a very pleasurable experience and totally happy with choice of car and its high level of preparation. Due to the excellent level of service I have always enjoyed with Just Audivw, my choice of car dealer would never shift elsewhere because of my faith in the quality of sales, service and friendly staff at all levels.

The whole experience with the team, from initial sales engagement with Steve, completion of order with Sam, through to the final handover with Connor, was faultless. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. The purchasing journey was straightforward and hassle-free (apart from my dealings with the bank to release the funds!), and the handover was comprehensive, with clear explanations and detailed information provided to ensure a smooth transition. I would highly recommend them.

We had a very easy and relaxed purchase of our motorhome, Sam was very helpful, not at all pushy and us gave plenty of time to examine the vehicle while deciding and on the day of pick up, hand over was very good Sam went through everything we needed to know. We were lucky enough to be met by Connor who was just amazing! From start to finish he was fantastic. Full of knowledge, enthusiasm and absolute charm. When we returned a week later to purchase our beautiful new Motorhome Connor was away for his birthday and although disappointed not to be dealing with him again Sam took over and was equally helpful and charming.

Myself and my partner recently bought a beautiful Audi A4 Allroad Quattro on a 2017 plate not only was we surprised to find a beautiful Car and at a decent price we also received a fantastic Customer Service experience from the person we now know as Tyler McGrath not only was a professional and courteous throughout who he also was mature beyond his years to say I was impressed by the young man was an understatement It remains to be seen if the after service is as good as the sale but I see no reason why they would go down in my estimation on what I’ve seen so far so big well done to everyone at Just Audi Volkswagen in Lincoln particular Tyler keep up the good work young man you done your Company proud

A fantastic experience from start to finish!

We’ve just purchased our first ever campervan from the team at Just My Motorhomes, and what could have been a daunting experience for complete newcomers was made incredibly easy and enjoyable by Adam, Connor and Sam.

From the very beginning, they were friendly, helpful and extremely patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They took the time to answer all our questions, guide us through the process and make sure we understood everything. The regular phone calls and updates between purchase and handover were also greatly appreciated and gave us complete confidence that we were in good hands.

The handover itself was excellent. Every aspect of the campervan was carefully explained and demonstrated, with plenty of time given to make sure both my wife and I understood how everything worked. We never felt rushed or that any question was too silly to ask!

It’s clear that customer service really matters to this team, and that made the whole experience so enjoyable.

We’re absolutely delighted with our campervan and would like to say a huge thank you to Adam, Connor and Sam for making our first purchase such a positive and memorable experience.
