I don’t even know where to begin with how disappointing this experience was. Please, do yourselves a favor and stay far away from JustCasino. They are nothing more than a bunch of scammers. I hit a decent jackpot around $2,000 and there was no bonus, just a straight up cash game win. But once I won, the problems started. They began "reviewing" my documents, and after being verified a week before , they just kept dragging their feet. It felt like they were intentionally wasting time. After a full month of being jerked around, I finally gave up and decided to play again, realizing they clearly had no intention of paying out. Sure enough, I lost the $2,000 I’d won, plus another $1,000 of my own money.

And it gets worse. I won another big jackpot just $100 left in my account and then the screen reset, and the jackpot vanished into thin air. This platform is an absolute disaster. They don’t play by the rules, and to make matters worse, the self-exclusion option isn’t even in your profile, it’s something you have to ask customer service for. And when you do, they’ll try to talk you out of it by offering you all kinds of bonuses.

Honestly, if you want to lose your hard-earned money, then by all means, give them a shot. But trust me, you’ll regret it. The majority of these glowing reviews are probably fake. This is far from a 4-star platform if I could give it half a star and I being very nice. I would. Stay away.
