Outstanding service from Pravid at Just Ears, Winchester
I recently visited Just Ears in Winchester for microsuction and was treated by the lovely Pravid Gajurel, who trained in ENT medicine in Nepal. His medical training and specialist knowledge were particularly important to me when choosing where to have the procedure, and from the moment I met him, I felt I was in very capable hands.
His experience and expertise were immediately apparent, particularly his understanding of earwax and its effects on the ear canal. He expertly removed the wax from both ears and took the time to offer helpful advice on ongoing earwax management, including the potential issues associated with wearing in-ear headphones and earplugs. The difference afterwards was remarkable, and it was wonderful to be able to hear properly again!
As well as being highly skilled, Pravid was extremely kind, welcoming and reassuring. He provided a superb service and made the whole experience a very positive one.
I am a regular customer of Just Ears and have also had the pleasure of being treated by the lovely Marie at their Gosport clinic. I cannot fault the professionalism, standard of care or quality of the staff they employ.
