Hi WamSam Games, sorry about the confusion. The card was sent out and I emailed you as soon as you told me it hadn't arrived to ask you to confirm your address (people sometimes have old addresses in their paypal account), but I had no reply from you. I emailed you again yesterday too but again had no reply. Is it possible my emails have gone into your spam or bulk email?
I'm genuinely sorry you have had a bad experience this time. I can understand if you don't want to get back to me, but please do check the address in your Paypal account, or you will probably have this same problem again with other websites.
