It's just so easy

The app was so easy to use and it kept me up to date with the amounts of money raised also you don't have to deal with any of the donated money

You made fundraising easy. Simple to follow guidance and impressive use of incentives to motivate too.

Easy to set up at the start. Prompt notification of donations. Easy access to fundraising page. Regular updates on progress etc. Only downside for me is the amount added to the donation for admin etc (this can be adjusted). Otherwise I can recommend this site.

Really easy to set up and use. Lots of encouragement and help. Really nice to get notifications when someone donates but the quantity of other emails was a bit excessive

Very easy to use and set up.

Was very helpful and successful to use for people we could not reach face to face. Set up a "personal page" and a "team page" but everyone just used my personal page for their donations.

One thing that would just help would be if you could see anonymous donors as the admin of your own"justgiving" page even if they are not visible to anyone else incase you want to email and thank them.

Also be aware the default added servicing amount is set to quite a high percentage of donation by default, which did annoy some of our larger donors who had thought their big donation should have been enough. We had to explain to people how to reduce the percentage if they wished to.

Other than the 2 points above that it was a fabulous tool and helped us raise a lot of money.

Seamless way of raising funds for the charity

This was the first time I’ve used this experience, it was absolutely brilliant, easy to set up and my sponsors found it easy to donate.

Well directed to and around the event. Very well run. In as much as refreshment, first aid ,toilets, timings, marshaling, merchandising and competent helpful staff. Great setup for a very worthy charity.

Easy to set up and collect money - 2 things to focus on 1) you have no way to contact you (via phone) when someone else has a problem and 2) it took me many weeks to find out how to withdraw the monies collected only to find you charge 2.9% + 35p for every transaction!

I’ve had nothing short of a five-star experience every time I’ve used JustGiving, whether to fundraise or to donate. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and has always worked exactly as expected.

My only criticism, and the reason I personally withhold the fifth star overall, is that I think it’s a little cheeky to ask users to leave a tip on top of their donation, particularly when the platform already takes, relatively, quite a large percentage of the funds raised. I completely understand that JustGiving is a business and has operating costs, but for a platform built around supporting charities, asking for additional tips comes across as a little greedy… I think if you choose to ask for tips (which are, in my experience, added automatically) you really should reduce your cost to charities (proportion of funds raised).

Overall, though, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use JustGiving again - in fact I already am :)
