Great holiday in the motorhome. Added extras such as tea towels, dishcloth etc would be very helpful and prompt pick up times would also be good. Other than that everything else was good.

Mark and staff all so helpful. Look forward to renting from them again. I was nervous as first time driver. The staff couldn't be more helpful and took the time to go through everything in detail. The van itself was immaculate. Thanks for a quality service. I would highly recommend

We asked and paid for a Just Go Voyager Camper. The camper allocated to us was a Bunkcamper Matrix 600 SL AXESS built by Adria, according to our feelings of lower standard. The camper is shorter, so space was much smaller (two chests and wardrobes besides the bed missing, less cooking and shower space). The licence number is BVZ 2477. On our comment about the differences, the person in charge answered that our camper was allotted to a 5-person family, and as we were only three, we got this one. No other comments. The fact that one person, aged 81, needed more space for comfort, had no effect, the other camper was already allocated and gone.
We had to insist on obtaining two gas bottles (for nearly three weeks of cooking and maybe warming). Indeed, we learned by our 30-plus years of experience with campers the evident truth that gas always falls short while you are cooking, and that it is irrelevant at that moment to look for a shop with another bottle. We were told that the motor oil was refreshed.
On the mechanics side we had two alarms: “Change oil” and “Check blinker lights”. Oil was said to be changed, and we checked the lights, without detecting an issue. The remote control for closing the doors worked only erratically (batteries?).
As far as the camper itself is concerned, we had some major defects. The shower door could noy be fastened and slammed into the toilet wall at every acceleration or braking. We fixed it with a string and duct tape.
The doors of cabinets clattered loudly due to wear of the hinges. We fixed the worst with cushions of painter’s tape.
The main door was at the wrong side (street) and could not remain open due to the position of the main electricity connector. Material holder was missing. At every stop, we had to fix this with a cord. Electric hookup cable was very short.
The oven switch was broken down (the centre axle turned idle). We could not fix this, nor let it be fixed as we moved on nearly every day. So, for security reasons, we were unable to use the oven nor the grill. Moreover, there were only two gas burners instead of the tree promised. Cooking was thus very limited.
There was no stopper in the kitchen sink, resulting in excessive (warm) water consumption for washing food and washing-up.
Several inventory pieces were missing or in bad condition (no toaster, medium cooking pot, side plates, colander, no starter kit (dish cloth, tea towel, matches of gas igniter, jay cloth, sponge scour, bin bag, toilet roll, washing up liquid, spray cleaning bottle)….) and the handle of a frying pan was loose, which was a safety concern.
Let us summarise: we travelled 2500 km around a very beautiful country that we didn’t know. We learned and enjoyed a lot. People were very kind, culture is very rich, nature impressive. AA-controlled camping places were perfect. Nevertheless, the camper offered was disappointing.

Hired a motorhome in Dublin for a week in September 2025.
A 2 hour window for check in and check out was inconvenient due to flight times, so a lot of waiting around.
On night 1 we realised the oven did not work. On night 2 we found that the fridge froze everything we had bought. We couldn’t turn it down as it continually re set itself to the maximum!
I informed Just Go via the contacts page on their website as they weren’t open weekends. I didn’t receive a reply.
Once home, I used the complaints procedure and was told there would be no refund as I didn’t inform them at the time. I corrected them on this and haven’t heard a thing.
Avoid at all costs.

The pick up team in Dublin ensured that our van was ready at the appointed time and we were given clear instructions on how everything worked.
The van itself was a new model Ford Transit with an automatic transmission. It was a pleasure to drive but extra care is definitely needed with 2.4M width and the tail swing needs constant attention.
All the amenities were top class from the powerful shower with plenty gas fired hot water to the ice cold fridge.
We really enjoyed our home away from home and will definitely be going again.

Even though the vehicle was under a year old. The motor home body had damage on every panel. The inside had oil on the seats . Bonnet had paint damage done by there staff. Over all cab drove well but felt ashamed of driving such a damaged vehicle. People commented on the condition.

One star less for we had to wait some time for pick-up and the equipment was not really as we wanted (two single and one double linen instead of four single).

Pick up and Drop off were well efficient and as speedy as I would expect.
Camper van had everything we needed, and was in great condition.

Really professional ,spotless clean camper inside and outside ,great introduction to our first time renting a camper van ,we loved it and will be back

Loved the van and we had a great holiday.
Some things would have made it bette if…
The show round of how everything worked was very brief and incomplete, the result we had no hot water.
Broken cupboard over sink had been fixed so that it didn’t bang open and shut while driving, when we returned it the depot they said “oh yeah we need to fix that” It should have been done before we rented it.
More hooks would be useful.

Wait was very long when we peak up the van
The service inside was not completely satisfied
Not the good size for the sheet
Some small stuff was not in good shape
The dishes was not very clean also inside the fridge

The van was in poor repair. Mostly to do with things not working probably due to ‘wear and tear’ eg door handle broken so it needs to be closed from the outside with force and then last person enters via the front cab. We couldn’t open the inlet for the fresh water. Some of the blinds not working. It probably needs attention to repair lots of things.
Also note that there was a mix up when we collected the van on Thursday 28 Aug. We arrived for collection at 2pm but for some reason our name ‘fell off’ the list. When we noticed people that arrived after us leaving with vans before us we queried why we were still waiting. The staff were very apologetic but it meant that we didn’t get our van until 4pm, two hours after we had arrived!!!! van was showing evidence of wear and tear. It was not the luxury van that was advertised.

The staff did a pretty good job going through everything in my caravan. However, there were some fine points that they did not cover and I had to go back in before driving off. However, most importantly, at no time did anyone explain how narrow the roads are, especially those off the main highways. Some country roads are so narrow that only one car can get by. All the staff suggested, upon checkout, that I upgrade my insurance, but did not provide details as to why it was so important. I have rented caravans in other countries, and that staff has explained the driving conditions and expectations, especially in Iceland. I expected this to be a similar experience, and it was not. Some roads were nerve-wracking related to how narrow both lanes were. This is a helpful piece of information for them to easily explain ahead of time.

Staff very unhelpful. Camper not ready car parts left in camper not cleaned before I arrive storage door broken . Nearly there two await for them to fix camper . Wasn't great start to the holiday. Very unhappy with the staff and way it was run not professional at all .

Although it was very busy, the reception was very good. We received proper information on how to use the Motorhome.
Small problem was that 1 chair was missing, but we were offered to have money in return at the end (which we did not accept). For the rest: all OK!
