As I explained to the chat bot at the time,, I made two purchases one on Thursday paid extra for courier, the second late Friday and let that one go via royal mail as not so urgent and cheaper, Saturday I chased the first purchase basically to be told it's my fault I didn't order in time dpd don't deliver at the w/e, and it won't be delivered until Monday or Tuesday,the same day sat the royal mail package arrived!! Queried this with the bot who basically said I was lucky, Sunday lunch time the dpd delivery turns up! But dpd don't deliver weekends, so basically I could have had them both delivered by royal mail for less money, head scratching or what.
