Lawnmower delivered on time. Good price. Product of high quality, the Honda Miimo robot lawnmower. Typical Japanese reliability and all components in the box seem to work well together and of high quality.
Instructions good with only issue setting up the wire did not take an hour as we had trees and bushes to go around.

Delivery time was awful, this may not be due to Just Lawnmowers but they need to change their delivery company. It’s too easy to email to say there’s an issue but it’ll be delivered tomorrow, 3 days in a row.

Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service!
I purchased a Honda lawnmower for £1,878 from Just Lawnmowers. Although the machine is pre-built by Honda, Just Lawnmowers state that they inspect and prepare each mower to ensure it is in full working order and ready for immediate use by the customer.
However, after less than one hour of use, the rear left wheel fell off. Fortunately, I had an older, non-working Honda lawnmower of the same model, which allowed me to remove a wheel from that machine and fit it to the new mower so I could continue using it.
It then took Just Lawnmowers more than a week to arrange for an engineer to visit and repair the wheel. During that visit, I explained that the self-propelled drive system was only powering the rear right wheel. The engineer contacted his office regarding the issue, and I was subsequently contacted by the company. Unfortunately, after that initial communication, the matter was forgotten and I received no further updates for approximately three weeks, until I contacted them again myself.
As a result, I am now having to wait once more for a repair to be arranged for a lawnmower that has been faulty almost from the outset. Given the purchase price and the assurance that the machine had been checked and prepared before delivery, this level of quality control and after-sales service has been extremely disappointing.

Great service, I’ve been looking for some high lift blades for my mowers for ages.
Typically I like to buy from dealers as I like to feel & see what I’m buying, but needs must.
Quick google search and Just Lawnmowers had exactly what I needed.
Delivery was really quick, just a day or so and the quality was excellent.
Will definitely be using them again.
