Absolute scammers AVOID ordered 16/1 £18 of sauces received nothing and no feedback despite using chat several times.

Ordered 1st Feb said coming 20thnever heard anything ignored emails chat everything. Feel a fool buying from them they are total scammers. Just look at the company at register House never submitted anything. Company is worth it says just over £1400 name of director but if hes running this mickymouse company it will be a waste of time BE AWARE DONT BUY from them.

I will NEVER EVER buy from here again. Ordered three bottles of sauces. Only ONE arrived. Seller wouldn’t get involved in any kind of dialogue either by email or with the website “chat line’. Finally managed to get a partial refund after a few weeks following a request to PayPal to get involved. I see other customers have had similar experiences and I will NEVER EVER buy from here again.

Don’t waste your money.

Ordered a month ago. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I can claim it back. No confirmation, no products. They ignore your messages. Do not use, there IS no sauce.

Before my last order, I might had rated them a 4 star. But since last month when I placed a order, I won't.
Send for a order of 3 items, only 1 has turned up. Contacted them via ,chat and email with Nobody replying.

SCAM!!! ORDERED MONTHS AGO, STILL NOTHING AND NO REPLY.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
Used months ago and no problems. This order in August 2022 has not been sent 12 days after paid,. Asked for refund and no reply. May as well just throw your cash down the toilet.

Ordered on the 23.6.22 and nothing happened apart from money left my credit card. Got into chat and “they tried to reach me but emails didn’t get out”. They didn’t had one sauce available, so I choose another one, but still nothing. This is an absolute scam, I don’t think there is a company behind this.

Actually I would not have rated it but it seems to be the only way I can actually give a review .
I did my purchase through PayPal In believe that they were a legit business and to give myself an added layer of perfection how naive ,given all of the complaints surrounding this company I am surprised that PayPal have not blocked the ability to use it to pay for goods coming from this company.
It is not surprising you can’t reach the company otherwise I would suspect somebody would have Sued them by now, sad little people, would love to meet them

Ordered and paid for 6 items.

Only received 3 in the delivery - with no explanation.

Used the 'Contact Us' form many times asking for a refund - no response.

Used the 'online chat' to speak to "Bobby" - kept telling me they would look into it - but still no refund.

In my opinion this company is obviously scamming people, given the other feedback I have seen about them and their lack of communications with concerned customers.

They need to be struck off - DO NOT ORDER from Just-Sauce or you risk being Just Ripped-Off.

Is it possible to give zero stars, it should be. Order placed and paid for … One month on no delivery, no response to several emails in fact no communication at all. Has this company gone bust, taking all of their customers money with them?
I can not advise strongly enough ‘DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY’, chances are you will lose your money.

Don't bother. Had a empty box delivered to me by Hermes. No sign of tampering or being broken open so just an empty box! Attempts to make contact are ignored and trying to reclaim money through PayPal, although of course Hermes has a photo of said box on my doorstep so it's going to be difficult. Sauce....yes plenty of it but not the sort promised!

Placed an order at beginning of December. Received email to say it had been shipped on 12 Dec. It is now 29th and still my order has not arrived. Have emailed numerous times, left message on FB messenger and tried to ring the number given. NO ANSWERS. Seems this firm is quick enough to take your money but supply no after sales service and are not interested in non deliveries of orders.

Placed a order in November and still no shipping update
Sent 3 emails and no answer
Used their messenger system on their website and no answer
Phoned number they use on Facebook and left 2 messages no reply

Great product and delivered quickly. Buyer beware however.

They are not fussed about the shelf life and told me that in their opinion, selling something with only 4 months shelf life left is reasonable.

Your choice at the end of the day but it would’ve been nice to have known this before ordering.

I won’t be using them again.
