I fitted out a bathroom using JTP taps and spent over £5000. I used the brushed brass fittings but the colour match was incorrect between fittings. I contacted the company and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They initially offered an apology and nothing more, then I was eventually offered a refund on the single mismatched item( at a reduced price than I had paid!)
It is not possible to replace the faulty item as we were told to complete the bathroom whilst we waited (12 months) for the correct colour but it now appears that the fitting I have cannot be replaced without retiling my newly tiled bathroom. The company are aware of this but still reluctantly only want to refund the lower price of the fitting. I spent £30,000 on a bathroom which this company ruined!
Did both our bathrooms with Brass accompaniments from JTP, sadly our first bathroom we completed at the end of 2023 has looked old as the brass doesn’t last on these items so consider using a different brand and/ or finish.
I spent thousands on fitting out 4 bathrooms for a new property and used Just Taps.
Just over a year in one of my taps was leaking so I reached out to my local retailer who liaised with Just Taps to send out a replacement cartridge as the items were under warranty.
I was astounded that Just Taps thought it was appropriate to send me an obviously used cartridge rather that a replacement new one. Their technical department insisted it was new but the pictures I sent of chipped metal where a spanner tool would be used to install the cartridge was met with a deafening silence.
Ignore this company, their warranty and after service doesn’t count for anything!
Low quality Shower Tap and arrived with scratches and misaligned parts. Shocking! More expensive than some of the premium brands. We also bought some Duravit concealed taps for the basin and bath and quality is just excellent.
floor stanging hugo thermostatic tap ,, 18 months old luke warm water , back and forth eventually sent me a cartridge ( unable to fit locking nut so thin no socket / spanner fits !! ), technical said 28 mm socket NOT A CAT IN HELLS CHANCE OF REMOVING.
Now contacting cust service with NO RESPONCE !!

I was reco'd JTP from CP Hart and other high end bathroom shops as a better alternative to Crosswater and Lusso Stone but so far I've been perplexed as to why.
We have spent thousands and ordered multiple items of the Vos range in brushed brass and have had to send back several of the items due to manufacturers defaults which has delayed our install and created a lot of work for myself. Drench have been fantastic in resolving but we are now on our 3rd bath spout and it still has black marks all over it.
I was told that JTP was a superior product due to being manufactured in the UK so that makes it better than the Chinese brands but I can't see the benefit so far.
Really disappointing, would look elsewhere.
Having 3 JTP shower / bath taps (florentine) and two started to leak. asked for spare cartridges and was asked for tap pictures, take 1 apart and sent pictures of the cartridge. Then asked for a receipt which over the years I do not keep but asked for a quote and willing to pay.
This whole merry go round took a month and 6-8 eMails and taking pictures. It became a joke and clearly NO interest in supplying spares. All will be replaced soon with new taps (NOT JTP)
I have a justtapsplus shower, and the cartridge was faulty.
I called JTP and within a couple of days, the warranty replacement part had arrived.

All my showers leak non stop despite 4 changes of valves. Ot interested on telephone and complaint letter does not even warrant a reply.not cheap and no good
