Asked customer services some questions about stand, very thorough and quick to get back to me. Once I had chosen they made sure I was happy as the design had changed slightly and pointed out what had changed.

I had some reservations about ordering online but the sales department were very good with any questions I had.

I bought a new TV stand (in November) as a surprise for my husband as his Xmas gift was a new TV. I expained the parcel will not be opened until Dec 25th but was reassured if I had any problems they would put these right.

The delivery was easy & quick and my parcel arrived the next day - fantastic service & a lot of guidance & reassurance from Ollie. Thank you.

I came across justtvstands .co.uk as I was surfing the Internet looking for a good quality tv stand. As I was unsure of a few issues regarding what size of stand height I phoned the company and spoke to Ollie Thompson sales Executive.
After a brief conversation with Ollie he had answered all my questions and was happy to go ahead with my purchase online. After my order had been purchased I was updated with emails regarding my delivery date. On the said day that my stand was due to arrive it did when I opened the box and saw the quality of the stand and the easy to understand instructions I know that I had gone to the right company.

I cannot praise too highly the service provided by this company. Problem: to fix a sound bar to my out-of-production "Off The Wall" tv stand; spares were no longer available. Although not a previous customer of Justtvstands, having bought the stand from a retail outlet, I contacted them ,as distributers, to explain the problem. They immediately offered to investigate and seek a solution. Within an hour they rang back to say that they had spoken to the mfr, who had agreed to produce a special one-off bracket and deliver same to me, free of charge, wihin 24 hrs, which they did. Amazing ! Both companies should be thoroughly commended for offering such service, which is so rare these days.

Although not taken stand out of box as still awaiting new tv my first thought was where is my soundbar bracket that I also ordered to go with stand!...opened box to find paperwork and Description of bracket telling it was packed into stand box already! Excellent fast service!

The instructions were clear and the stand was easy to assemble, except that the screw holes in the back panel were just slightly off centre and were a real struggle to fit to the metal structure. The machining must have been fractionally at fault.
Otherwise we are very pleased. There was absolutely no problem with the company and we are delighted with the assembled product.

Faultless advice and service. Excellent robust TV stand and looks great with 42" Panasonic TV. Assembled on own but not advisable unless good knowledge of this type of work with heavy furniture. Instructions would benefit from a list of additional tools needed, e.g. large (PZ4) Pozidriv screwdriver, spirit level etc.

The purchase of a TV stand was a painless and successful experience. The website was comprehensive and helpful and it worked, first time. They had all the items I was considering in stock.The delivery was prompt and as promised. Prices were just above that of the "sheds" but the other advantages far outweighed this. I would certainly use them again.

After much deliberation on which stand to buy, I orederd on line which was simplicity in itself, I missed the deadline for next day delivery, on enquiring when I could expect delivery, i was told the date, and it was delivered as promised and early as well, much to the delight of my wife who was waiting for it to come. Recently purchased an Origin S4 TV stand. The unit arrived on my chosen delivery date in good condition. The online payment and delivery system was easy to navigate. The unit itself is excellent quality, well machined, no problem whatsoever aligning and threading the screws. My only negative point is price; in the current economic climate I believe luxury items like this should probably be discounted but, hey, I couldn't wait so I guess others will buy at that price! In fairness, this was the cheapest price across the retailers I saw.
