They done the works in 2016 via our insurance company.
No honesty nor professionalism whatsoever!
It was a kitchen job done via our insurance company.
Their workmen haven’t installed our kitchen floor tiles properly!! They didn’t prepare the floor properly!!
Hence the tiles moved and cracked in less than 6 years' time!!!
A decent tiling job should have lasted for at least 10-15 years!!! Not less than 6 years!!
My independent assessor proved to them by photos and a detailed report the poor quality of our kitchen tiling job carried out by them.
They refused to compensate us for the huge financial damage caused by re-preparing and re-tiling the kitchen floor (properly and professionally this time) and the inconvenience caused to us (family with 2 children under 5 and my 80yrs old disabled mother).
They said it’s out of warranty!! But they haven’t done their preparation work for the floor properly from the beginning hence they moved and cracked!!
They charged our insurance company thousands of pounds but they didn’t do the works professionally!!
Don’t use this firm! They will not accept responsibility for their poor quality of work!!

My father had his garage damaged by a third party motorist on May 8th, 2015. At the time of writing this review it is Wednesday 2nd December 2015.

The garage needed a new roof, the brick wall was in need of making good and a new garage door fitted. Over 6 months since the incident happened and we still have no garage door and the job is not now going to be finished until 2016. JW Cannon of Carshalton, Surrey have allegedly, repeatedly lied and told half-truths to my father throughout this entire saga.

I cannot stress more greatly how I would recommend that you DO NOT touch this firm of shonky builders in Carshalton with yours or anybody else's barge pole!!

They are an utter bunch of disgraceful, half-wit incompetents, and I have no idea why Halifax Home Insurance use them as a building contractor in Surrey and Sussex.

Steer well clear. You have been warned!!!
