I bought a Jwell Vape in an official store in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and now they are all permanently closed and I don't have any place to by my pods, customer service doesn´t answer. I have to order them in France and pay shipping or throw to the garbage my Jwell vaper and buy another brand that I can buy the pods easily here. If you buy a vape, choose a worldwide brand where you can get the accessories in any vape store...

I ordered products worth €80 from Jwell and paid with credit card. The goods should be delivered to Germany. Unfortunately the goods never arrived. All of my complaints were ignored and my tickets remained unanswered. Very annoying! The money is probably gone. Stay away from this company.

As the Main company of Bo vaping, I had problem with the devices. I follow the guarantee rules, I shipped back the devices, they received them, and I had not any news after that. They don't respond my calls or mails (i sent both at bo vaping and j well) and seems almost all the products are out of stock in their website.
Very disappointed for a buyer that use their products for 3 years now ..
