I used a coupon code which was shown to be applied and lowered my total. It remained there until I submitted the order and then suddenly the discount was gone, and the total went back up. I first tried the website and found a lot of info that I had to decipher (abbreviations).
When I called customer service, the path to get someone to talk to was frustrating, as it kept going back to the beginning of the recording, but when I finally got to a person, the help was great!
