I’ve used JW Pepper for years. They are a wonderful company with a huge selection of choral and piano music. I had a little issue with eprint this week (probably user error) and it was resolved the next day.

Don’t waste your money!
Tried to print. Only one blank page showed. Tried to print three different ways then got a message saying that I had no more printing available. Horrible technology. Will never buy from here again. I’m out money. Feels like a scam.

Very nice getting to listen to arrangements before buying BUT
Having to pay for a second delivery charge when both anthems could have been sent in the same mailer is a bit ridiculous. They came to me the same day with a second charge of over $3. One piece of music in one mailer and the second piece of music in a second mailer. Why???

First time ordering for me, will not be the last
The sheet music arrived in time for our chorale! Every customer service representative was kind and took the time to explain how the account works for our organization. We also quickly got our tax exemption recognized and it only took 1 business day instead of 2.
