This should be 0 stars. I placed an order, watched the tracking, when it said it was delivered there was no box. Nothing! Also, no email to contact them & no phone number. I have searched and can’t find any way to get in touch to find out what happened to my order. At this point I have to think I’ve been had. Such a shame.
Really good support from the company, I bought more than a year ago a winch, and yesterday I finally came to get it installed, and it didnt work, a qucik email to JWS and they answere quickly how I should do it.
