Damaged product; no follow-up
On August 13th I received my order. The bottles were all severely damaged and appeared as if they had melted during transit. Pictures were taken and sent to JW. Customer service told me that they would notify DHL. The next follow-up only happened because I reached out. I was told that DHL was ‘investigating’, which is interesting. The package left JW intact and landed at my doorstep destroyed. Pretty sure DHL can investigate all they want, but the bottom line is they and JW need to sort out how to make the customer whole. That last communication was August 25. It has now been over a month since I was told that someone would get back to me. Now I’m sure DHL is thorough, but this isn’t the Warren Commission here. It shouldn’t take (as of this writing) six weeks to get me either my money back or a replacement product. JW was adamant about not doing anything until they had answers from DHL, and I’m assuming they knew that such answers would never be forthcoming. They have my money, I have no product, and they get to blame the gigantic multinational shipping company while I sit like an idiot and wait. I cannot imagine a circumstance under which I would ever use JW again nor would I recommend them to anyone. As far as they are concerned once they have your money you’re no longer worth servicing. Very disappointed, especially given how many positive reviews they’ve had over the years.

Great so far
Checkout and buying experience was great. Items were in stock and delivery was speedy, no problems at all.
Products were well packaged and double bagged.
Can’t say much about the products themselves yet as I haven’t tried them but efficacy is down to the manufacturer not JW supplements so fingers crossed in that regard.

Carrier problems.
Seems to be a lack of communication with delivery process. Several delivery date mistakes after giving specific delivery day availability. Must do better in future. If not carrier needs to be changed.
