This is my worst experience with a…

This is my worst experience with a Internet Provider. I've been using internet from 1 Gbps internet from Kabelplus for over 2 months and my speed is really bad. My DL speed should be something around 30-50 mb/s but I am currently downloading with 1 mb/s.

When I check the speed at speedtest, it shows that the speed is only 100 mbps. I would have changed immediately if I could but unfortunately they are the only internet provider in my area.

Jeg er super glad for Kabel plus :)

Jeg er super glad for Kabel plus. Man får en god service når man ringer og så har de bredbånd (det er det produkt jeg bruger) til en god pris.

The worst internet provider ever

The worst internet provider ever! Every month something wrong! Connection very bad, not sending the invoices- every month !- then offing the internet. Customer have to be aware to write a complain: they have 4 different e-mails- if you will write it to wrong one- no one will be there to help. Offing the internet even after paying the bills! Month After switching off the subscription , they still keep sending the bills and I have to prove them that I cancelled the subscription- (after they confirmed it with mail).
Customer service: TERRIBLE! I didn't got even one issue solved peacefully.
Terrible, and so bad!
