Amazing little surprise
Amazing little surprise! I shopped online on their website and my items was ready for pick up in the store the day after. The shop is a little gem, 100% worth a visit and I´ll be back for sure! All the nicest things for your home. I was also welcomed by the nicest lady at the register! Such a nice short, but great experience! The item is also perfect, just as described!

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience. I bought a rather expensive washing basket so had high expectations and the delivery was super fast and it made my day when I opened it and found a handwritten note inside, those little things make a difference and it’s the reason I thought I would make the effort to leave a review because it was a great experience and the product is great quality and really worth the money! 😊

It was Thursday afternoon and I needed a gift to arrive Friday at my house.
Could only find the specific product variant at Kaiku
I called Kaiku - and they said that if I submitted the order, they believed they could make the delivery within 24 hours.
And they did, the package arrived at my house Friday around noon.
A remarkable attitude, service and setup.

I LOVE THIS SHOP
June 16th, just before 10:00AM (KAiKU opens at 10AM)
Any other shop would make you wait until it was 10 sharp before letting you in, but not KAiKU, they greet you with their smiles, let you know you are welcome and ask how can they help.
I love this shop and I will say it again, I love this shop.
Not once have I ever left the shop without finding a gift or something for my home, the shop is fascinating and inspiring and the staff is the best.
