AWESOME EXPERIENCE

From the moment of initial contact, through to posession of my new vehicle, Tony C (Performance Vehicle Sales Executive), was first class. Initial contact was Thursday PM, and I really needed the new car Saturday, due to an ill Mum, and work commitments the following week. In that short space of time, we did the deal in principle, Tony then having the car ready by Saturday PM, squeezing in a service and an MOT. Come Saturday, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 1 hour. Very efficient. All in all, Tony C represented the business in a professional, friendly, efficient and courteous manner with excellent knowledge all things motor trade. I have had a lot of friends in the area (Milton Keynes) who highly recommended this establishment and by pure chance, they just happened to have the exact vehicle / derivative / Colour / Mileage I was after, so it was meant to be. All in all, a 5 star experience with excellent vehicles.Highly recommended. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle from Kallenhard, remember this: Reputations are earned NOT given. Fact.

Excellent service quality cars…

Even though my car purchase did not work out. I would look here again to purchase a car. The service was exemplary and the car looked brand it was perfect. The salesman Matt went above and beyond to assist me. I am so grateful.

Stunning Cars and Exceptional Customer Service

Sam at Kallenhard directed me to my new Jag. It was an absolute gem, well maintained, almost ex-showroom condition. On top of that, the service was smooth, from the first viewing to the day of delivery. They got me a great finance deal and part ex value for my old car. In the excitement I completely overlooked the last service done, and Kallenhard were kind enough to have me book it to a place of my choice and cover the cost. Insane customer service. Kallenhard will be the first place I look to whenever I get a new motor. Absolutely brilliant company and even better staff members. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new motor, go in choose your car and sit back...

Super car, super service

Bought a high value car from this company and the experience was great from the first telephone call to final collection. Left a deposit as the car needed a service and MOT, got a call to say it needed some work which they would do, when I collected the car it was exactly as they said it was and the work had been carried out to the highest quality with all genuine top notch parts. Had the car a couple of weeks with no issues at all. Have to say after a really poor experience with one of the big car supermarkets, dealing with these guys was such a relief. They do what they say, sell high quality cars and give great service - would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Range Rover Evoque - engine failure

Bought a Range Rover Evoque from Kallenhard with 56k on the clock, owned it for less than a year before the timing chain snapped , unfortunately it was outside the 6 month warranty that came with the purchase and therefore Kallenhard were unable/willing to assist, it ended up costing me £8k. Kallenhard don’t push or recommend the extended warranty which is fair enough , I was most likely unlucky but definitely recommend getting the extended warranty, especially if buying a Range Rover with an Ingenium engine which is known to have this fault (and perhaps you could argue that a dealer that sells these cars should be aware of this being a known fault and recommend the extended warranty?)

Customer service

Bought a jaguar xe had an issue with it not starting doug did everythink he could to sove fault in the end he offered me a swap no issues no hassle swapped for xf could not fault the whole process from start to finish exceptional customer service thankyou so much

After looking for a Mercedes E class

After looking for a Mercedes E class, I found Kallenhard had one that I wanted to view. After making the appointment to view I was met by Dominic (sales guy) who left me to look around the car with no pressure, and answered any questions I had. I decided this was the car for me. They offered me a fair trade in price for my RS Focus so we did the deal.
After collection I noticed at speed there was a wheel balance issue. I took the car to my local Tyre Centre who balanced the wheels, but reported that 2 of the alloys were out of alignment and 2 were slightly buckled (not surprised with the state of the roads to be honest)
This is where Kallenhard really impressed me. I sent this report to Dominic who immediately replied with an apology, saying that they would get the wheels repaired at their cost. To be fair the car drove so much better after having them balanced.
However, I wasn't overly keen on having repaired wheels, and I was considering changing them in the future anyway.
I messaged Dominic explaining this, and suggested if I bought new alloys of my choice would Kallenhard agree to pay 50% of the cost. Dominic agreed this was an acceptable compromise and payment was transferred to my bank within a day.
Very impressed with their customer service. Dominic was a lovely guy to deal with.
I would have no hesitation to purchase from these guys again.

Very good customer service

My wife and I were looking for a Jaguar F Pace or E Pace and saw that Kallenberg had what we were looking for. We arranged to test drive both cars and were met by James one of the salespersons. We test drove both cars with James sitting in the back who was able to answer any questions we had .
we were offered a good part exchange deal but after thinking about the deal overnight we decided not to buy either cars. There was nothing wrong with them They were perfect it’s just that we felt we were stretching ourselves financially.
James did not put us under any pressure to buy the cars and was very professional.
Looking at the cars they sell, they look to be at the top end of the market and well worth a look if you want a nice car.
We will go back in a couple of years to buy a car from them.

A terrible experience

At 37 years old I've never left a bad review, even if I've had a less than satisfactory experience. However, I feel very strongly about my recent Kallenhard experience.
I purchased a 2019 Porsche 718 Cayman T. Before leaving a second deposit on the car, I was promised that the car would undergo a full service (to Porsche spec) with their sister company ''RPM Technik'. This wasn't the case and they instead got a local garage to do an oil and filter change. Their excuse was that RPM didn't have availability as soon as the other garage did, even though I had made it clear that I wasn't in a hurry for the car, and that I wanted it to be properly prepared. This was overcome by a small reimbursement made to me.
When collecting the car, it hadn't been cleaned to a good standard at all. I werent bothered by this though, as I was just happy to be driving it home.
Almost immediately after collecting the vehicle, I realised that it wouldn't always start at the turn of the key. I also noticed that the car was leaking oil. After undergoing an AA inspection, a oil filter and oil change and an MOT, I was very surprised to find these issues so soon after my purchase. I wanted to give Kallenhard the opportunity to rectify the issues, so I spoke to them on the phone. During the initial phone call I was told that it was normal for all cars to leak some oil, and that the car does start at times, they therefore couldn't see what the issue was. This is not what I wanted to hear, so with this, I decided to excerise my right to reject the car as it was within 30 days since I had collected it. This was not a straight forward process whatsoever, as they initially told me that it wasn't feasible for them to take the car back and refund me. I had to involve the finance company as I felt that I was getting nowhere with them. Kallenhard then told me that I'd need to take the car to a VAT registered garage to get proof of the issues (as photos and videos weren't sufficient) and that if issues were found, that they'd reimburse me the diagnostic cost. I was able to provide this evidence to them along with many other unknown errors appearing on the diagnostic machine. Yes, it had other things wrong with the car. Even then, they accused the diagnostic machine used by the garage as not being the correct one. The finance company told them they would fully support me legally to reject the vehicle. It took for Kallenhard to eventually seek legal advice to realise that they had no choice but to accept my decision to reject the car.
Sometime during this process the managing director at Kallenhard told me that he felt that I had only purchased the car to show off to my friends and family, and since I'd now done that, I wanted to return it. Completely inaccurate and unprofessional in my opinion.
It was a very long and stressful process and I'd advise anybody to avoid this company, no matter how much you like the car you see for sale. I was lucky to eventually get my money back for the car, but to this day, they still haven't refunded me the diagnostic charge which I had to pay to the garage although they said that they would.
A very disapointing and stressful experience indeed.

Bought a Land Rover Discovery

Bought a Land Rover Discovery. Day 2 a fault appeared. Phoned Kallenhard and they took the car straight in and put a new battery in. Fault still displaying, so they sent the vehicle to Land Rover specialists. They sorted it very quickly, test drove it extensively and confirmed that they had fixed the fault. We came to collect it to be greatly surprised that Kallenhard had filled the fuel right up. Excellent service! Dominic was our salesperson and he was great to deal with. We love the car and would recommend Kallenhard to everyone.

Dealt with Kallenhard directly

Dealt with Kallenhard directly. Gary, the salesman, did not try to pressure sell the car to me. He left me on my own to examine the car and answered every question I had. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I had piece of mind with the AA inspection and 6 months warranty offered. Would recommend Kallenhard to anyone.

I saw an advert for a Lexus on Kallenhard website

I saw an advert for a Lexus on Kallenhard website, spoke to Dominic, who was very polite and professional, he explained how the procedure works, placed a deposit which was fully refundable if you don't like the car when you go to view it. I've been looking at a few Lexus over the past few weeks and there are a lot of companies using airbrush on their photos and when you get to see the car its nothing like the photos. But not with Kallenhard what you see is what you get. I traded my old car in and got a fair price for it. Traded my car in and drove the new car away, hassle free, all on the same day. Dominic was very professional, the place is very clean and tidy and the car came with a 6 month warranty. Cars fantastic, I would recommend this company 100% and I will go back when I go to buy my next car. Thank you.

Kallenhard Engineering Ltd. for peace of mind

If you want to buy a vehicle with confidence and peace of mind Kallenhard in Leighton Buzzard are your team. From the sales team (Dominic) to the Director with whom we also spoke to at length, we received a professional and courteous service throughout. Dominic kept in touch with us throughout the process and showed professionalism throughout. They arranged everything within a timely manner. No hard sales, just a friendly and honest team. Actually looking forward to our next purchase.

SUPER PEOPLE- A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH

Kallenhards are a delight to deal with. They gave me a fair price on my trade in and the Jaguar F type I bought was very competitively priced. A cosmetic issue arose, that I should have picked up pre purchase but they paid for it to be resolved in a garage of my choice (I live 200 miles away). Great team and I shall be knocking on their door for my next purchase

I bought a car from Kallenhard and the experience was very pleasant. the car i choose was very well prepared and the salmon (Charlie Ready) was very helpfull and let me take my time when deciding to buy or not.

looking at the other cars for sale they all looked to be high quality cars. I did have a small problem with the car but this was sorted without any fuss very quickly.

I bought a performance car here are I…

I bought a performance car here are I got a great deal. It's a bit scary spending £20K+ on 4 wheels 2nd hand but the price was excellent and it's been tremendous fun to drive.

6 months warranty is standard but since I had zero issues, it never crossed my mind. Apparently the warranty is valid at garages all over the UK

I'd rather pay 2-3% more from a company like this for peace of mind than one where I had some doubts about their dedication to happy customers.
