Our retail shop aims to despatch orders on the same day of purchase from our Factory in Leicester UK. Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

Although I only ordered one pair of shoelaces, one of the Kalsi family telephoned me to get some essential information I had left out of my order. He was really kind and patient while I struggled to understand his request, (I'm an 83-year-old lady, with a failing memory). This is a family-run firm which obviously takes great care of its customers. I recommend them highly.

Good quality products, I produced good quality cords for my needs.
Good quality products, I bought 5mm Bungee cord and Black Plastic Grip Tie Quick Clips, I built custom tie downs for my back packing needs. Very happy with the fit and function of the cords I produced. Delivery was fast and fuss free. Going back for more now that I know I can trust the quality of the cord and the clips.

Amazingly good shop!

Great service and great product exactly what I was after. It was for a pair of Ecco laced casual shoes, and Ecco no longer stock the original laces, the ones they sent were too long and looked awful. Kalsi saved the day 👍🏻
