Ordered a shirt thinking it was coming from America, because I paid in $.
I have chased and chased this company because I have not received my goods.
I get the same reply, it’s been delivered, but it hasn’t, they keep saying that I should get in touch with the courier, but as I keep saying, it should be down to them to chase.
They are Chinese Scammers, the thing is, they are using another company name to advertise, but when I looked up Pay Pal to open a dispute, they are called something different.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole, no customer service, they don’t care, because they already have your money!!

If I could rate this company and or product accurately- it would be a -10!!! I initially requested a refund of $77.94 with Paypal- because this seller is a complete fraud! I placed this order on 3/28/20 and they NEVER contacted me after the initial purchase with tracking information, status update, or anything. They only responded after I filed my dispute for a refund with PayPal and then guaranteed my order was on it's way. PayPal then dismissed the dispute because they provided shipping information and closed the case. I have now received an order that I guess is "supposed to represent," what I purchased- the only thing about this order that would be correct are the colors. HOWEVER- what was mailed to me is NOT and I repeat, NOT the shoes I ordered. I was under the impression that I was getting a $29.98 quality shoe similar to brands such as Blowfish, Rocketdogs, KEDS, possibly even close to Van's. Instead I have received the cheapest and poorest quality "somethings," that I would say values in total (that's right ALL 5 pairs) a $1-maybe. This "shoe" (and I use that word VERY loosely) would not last an hour being worn! It is made out of the cheapest canvas, poorest quality stitching that is crooked, frayed, and white stitching on the colored shoes. There is absolutely no structure or support that this company should be able to describe this as a "daily shoe!" I have never been so completely disgusted or felt completely taken advantage of EVER! They should be ashamed to have even sent these things because they are a monstrosity and I honestly feel that a Dollar Tree should would be of better quality than what I received. I would not give these away to a barefoot homeless person who desperately needed to cover their feet or even to my dogs as chew toys because they are complete crap! I am requesting a full refund NOW!

Scanned by this company paid for goods they say they sent, I never received the item they then said it was shipped and a signature obtained when I queried this they then said I might have FORGOTTEN to go to pick it up from the post office SCAMMERS

Do not order from pp.careu unless you want to spend a huge amount of time contacting the company, filing a dispute with paypal (or whatever company/entity you used to pay). I truly believe they would not have shipped my order at all if I had not filed a PayPal dispute. The transit service is horrible. Once it finally gets to the US, it spends 3 days or more at the next sight before it is transferred to the next shipping platform. Especially during these times of COVID-19, I would not trust merchants who ship from China. Not worth the hassle.

Would give minus 10 if possible. Quality of goods are awful. No customer service. You will not be able to return and get refund

However I complained to paypal. They agreed with my complaint and paypal refunded my money

Dont buy from this company PP.CAREU I received poor packed low quality product it was broken on arrival and still they demand it to be returned to China. a pice of plastic (phone cover) vlearly broken 23 US down the drain

I ordered 2 boots and after 2 months received them. Appalling quality! When tried returning I got the run around and offered credit towards new purchase but no refund. I feel so stupid to have fallen for this scam website. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Shoes delivered are not what you see on the website. I ordered a pair of "genuine" leather and a pair of "genuine"suede boots. When they arrived FROM CHINA they were both man-made materials on the cheapest hard plastic sole that I've ever seen.

The whole company is scam set up to deliver deliver horrible quality, chinese knock-offs. ITS A SCAM, stay away, complete BAIT AND SWITCH situation!

Kambla.com (PP Careu) is a scam, do not use this internet service. I ordered leather shoes and they delievered after two months artificial leather shoes with rubber sole and the design was 100% different than in the pictures. They did not reply any of my requests to give me a return address so I opened a dispute through Paypal. I got the money back (EUR 60) but had to pay the delivery to China (EUR 46). Avoid this scam internet shop.

The boots I ordered eventually arrived 4 months after I ordered them but the quality was so poor it was laughable.... made of imitation leather and with a light coloured sole which was nothing like in the photo on the website. I have zero confidence in this company to give me a refund and won’t waste any more money on postage to send them back, so I just put this down to experience. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS BUNCH OF TOTAL FRAUDSTERS!

Can someone provide a return address that you used to send back your order?

Ordered a pair of their "Bike Boots".
They did arrive (6 weeks later). However nothing like the picture.
Asked for a return address, No reponse.
Asked through Paypal, no reponse
Only replied when paypal contacted them.
Have had to send them back (at a cost of £18.45).

Looks like the website was set up in Canada, but my return was sent to a Chaoyang Furniture Factory, in China?

My advice. Keep well clear of them.

Ordered shoes a month ago and barely got a proper response as to when they would be delivered. They picked the wrong customer. I have filed a claim with PayPal against them and if I don’t get the proper response I may even file a police report of theft.

I order a sandal 2 months ago but not received it yet??? any one knows if they are returning the money if you cancel the order ???

Same experience as others. Ordered boots 2 months ago. I wrote and asked. The reply was be patient! I will be shocked if I actually receive them

If I could give this company no stars, I would. I ordered a product 2 months ago, and still nothing except form letters with excuses and words like "processing" and "soon". I'm wondering if anyone has EVER had their order actually delivered. I rather doubt it.

Absolutely pathetic excuse for a company. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business. I ordered a jacket, shoes and trousers AGES ago. The jacket eventually arrived after WEEKS of chasing - wrong colour, wrong size... and all they can do is offer me an $8 (upped to $12 after several emails) credit note to buy more crap from their website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DREADFUL
