Customer service is completely nonexistent. You can not get a reply from them through their email, chat nor responding to their texts. This was my first experience with Kammok and will likely be my very last. Unfortunate, looks like they have some cool stuff. I can’t recommend them though.
I have multiple Kammock products and the craftsman is top notch and thoughtful through and through. I had an issue with a delivery and though it took a while to replace I understand because it’s a smaller company and the issue was resolved otherwise painlessly despite how expensive the item was and the fact it looked suss because it was my first order direct from their website (previously had purchased from rei) so for that I’m grateful because I was so nervous I’d be sol. Kammock never left me out to dry! They’d rather keep you dry on the trail
