Very welcoming happy hour - offering 50% drink till 8 pm which is great. As you enter the venue you have 2 good looking girls (in a swimsuit with bamboo skirts) giving you flower necklaces which made both of my friends day... Bartender Roy made cool zombies - it's not on the happy hour but I definitely suggest them for everyone!

Definitely will come back.

This was arranged for me as a surprise hen party. My sisters did a brilliant job in organising everything for 20 people. Due to unfortunate circumstances 2 people couldnt make it. Deposits were already paid for everyone but as soon as everyone arrived they were made to pay £45 each for the remainder of the package. They would not serve any food until this was paid by everyone. Then they demanded that £45 each was paid for the 2 who were unable to attend. When this was questioned as the sales team said if no one arrives they will refund the deposit, the manager said I'll tell you what, I'll refund all of your deposits and you can all leave! As it is in the sticks, we decided to stay! All the food came out cold, and the sirloin steaks were not sirloin. They were tough and hard to swallow, the fish was very overcooked. When the soup was served cold, one guest asked for it to be reheated, which they reluctantly did. Then the when her main came out that was also cold but was told by the waitress that they would need to tell the manager. When she did, he said to her 'what do you want me to do about it'? He was rude and the proceeded to accuse her of swearing at him and said he wont deal with her. She asked for her money to be refunded as she hadnt eaten anything and he said fine, I'll give you your money back then leave. He then swore at her several times while we were all standing nearby. She felt embarrassed and shocked at his behaviour. The waiting staff were really embarrassed by his behaviour as we were all there to have a good time. They kept apologising for him but he hadn't apologised. He was just stomping around the place like he dismt want us there. Then they brought the drinks from the package out. Later on in the evening he approached my friend and apologised for lying that she swore at him and gave her a bottle of prosecco on the house. She asked why he lied and he said he felt under pressure. The DJ and bar and waiting staff were lovely and helpful but you could see they were uncomfortable by the manager too. If u wanna go for a drink and dance then it's ok, but do not go for food. It's all budget, bought in cheap!!!
