Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Purchased a £150 gift card from their website for a pottery class. 6 months later the company entirely changes all of the services they provide, so the gift card cant be used for its intended purpose (aside from purchase a £150 bowl made by someone else...) and then the founder, Ana, refuses to provide a refund terrible policy and poor customer service, feels like the company has stolen £150 which was intended as a lovely gift for my wife.
