i have been a Kay & co customer for many years, and am still impressed by the level of service offered.
call centre staff are always polite and helpful, great range of products, and very affordable payment schemes.
i've only ever had one hiccup with deliveries, but ended up with a better product.
when an electrical item broke down i was offered alternative products to the same value.

Couldn't understand customer service and when did they were uninterested and unhelpful and not something I would like to experience to regularly.

Even with so many online shops available now , Kay & Co stand out with free fast delivery , easy payment terms (if required) and free returns . Whilst they may not be the cheapest , their standard of goods and service is faultless . I have been using them on and off for years and the range of goods they offer now , including premium beauty products, is the most comprehensive I have seen . Look out for offers too like 3 for 2 on Christmas gifts .

I have been shopping with kandco for absolutely years. I am now in the planning stages for Xmas and my son would like an iPad air. Naturally I have shopped around. I expect items to be slightly more expensive at kandco due to being able to pay it up however over £600 for an item tht sells for around £329 elsewhere is absolutely ridiculous. Seriously considering not using this company any more

Customer service is excellent, delivery very speedy but the sizing of clothes is terrible. The stuff I have to order in two sizes but still don't fit properly. Women's body shapes have changed over the past 50 years but whoever makes these clothes are still in the sizes of the fifties. Ask your customers what they think. Women's breasts are fuller, waist are not as tiny.

Received my washer driver and mate very polite and quick. Washer looked very smart and so far its done all my backlog and more .Kay&Co deliver as best they can always on time and sometimes the next day free depending on the time order placed been with them years a big Thank You.

I have been a happy customer for a few years with k and Co. However, recently it has become very poor. Firstly problems with the website... including being unable to book returns for over a week. Having notified kandco it took a further week to finally arrange a return. I found the e-mail contact extremely poor. The responses sent out being primarily stock responses and seemed to me that my email had not been read properly. Secondly, due to this problem it raised my minimum payment for the month. I e-mailed they replied to say that I had to call to sort it out. When I called it took quite a while to get through to someone and when I finally did, the lady I spoke to was quite rude and did not help me resolve the problem at all. Extremely unhappy and disappointed with the service.

I love shopping here the products are great and delivery is always fast and on time. The low weekley payments make it easy and affordable to buy the things I want.

Ages to get through by phone one advisor tells me one thing another advisor tells me something else,left me feeling stressed trying to sort it out.

Fantastic service with quick delivery times and its no hassle to return items with a very handy pay back monthly system. The prices are ok.

Websit crashes alot. Started as a customer when it was Kays so about 10 years now. Like any company it has its ups and downs. Last few items I have ordered I have had problems with the delivery, not in stock and updating my accunt on line. Very frustrating. When they do get it right they are spot on. Statements I find are not clear and very confusing. I ordered a lot of lounge furniture in sale but when I put it through the checkout the sale price vanished. I then requested buy now pay later and the overal price now is with the interest on. I intend to have all this paid of in two months but dont actually know what price will be paying. Best be the sale price or they can shove it, quality is cheap stuff for high prices.

Brilliant company I am informed of all up and coming savings and sales I can view on line and receive within 48 hours. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have enjoyed all purchases big and small and if there has been a problem but very few it has been dealt with immediately and I continue to enjoy all the new fashions, home styles and ideas that KandCo offer.

I love shopping with Kays, I have done so for more than 30 years and I have never been disappointed with my purchases I just love the free and fast delivery, and the helpful staff at the end of the phone.

Fast delivery and quality items would recommend this company to anyone. There's always someone on end of the phone if ypu need them.

Every time i need to buy the big ticket items Kandco are there, just a click away or a phone call. Easy to reveiw items great pictures and easy to understand price scale and intrest rates. I always get the bargain i want even if it cost a bit more than other companies Kandco manage to offer me the free delivery and intrest free credit. I have friends that argue about price, but when they look into it by the time they add on delivery or collecting themselves they see my point of veiw. Well done all at Kandco.

I've ordered a few thing from them, very speedy delivery and excellent customer services. I've never had to return anything, so I can't comment on that. A bit pricier than elsewhere, but you expect that with catalogue stuff, but if you don't have all the money, the option of spreading the cost is good.

All in all, 5 stars from me
