The catalogue in general is great, orders are dispatched quickly, subject to being available, which to be fair, most things are. Payments are easy to make also, but the mobile website lets you down. The payments page never update once a payment has cleared though the system and the bank, until the following statement date, which means you feel that until that next statement, you are in arrears and to be honest, I then don't know if I should order anything.
Some of your prices are a bit steep even with interest all catalogues add into a price so that deters me from ordering more expensive items.

Easy to use website, don't waste trees sending catalogue if not required, i would only use online anyway, easy to use and track orders and pay. Good offers and value for money for times when I need big purchases or emergencies

Plenty choice, reasonable prices especially if you wait for the sales, great service and the best deliveries anywhere.I am always amazed by how quickly my order arrives. Love the texts that remind me when a payment is due, as I am dreadfully forgetful,so that definitely helps me. If I have to speak to anyone they are always polite and extremely helpful. In other words, I can't find fault with K&Co.

I have been an agent for kays for 32 years and have ordered goods ranging from three piece suits to garden furniture kays comes in handy for when money a little tight and a you need a product NOW it great that you can pay a little each month. Saying that it would be nice for kays to acknowledge my loyalty to the company for the years I have ordered goods I have never received anything from the company whether it be monetary or a gift or a letter to thank me for continuing to use their company so you not very loyal to your customers sad really

I have ran a catalogue for years the first one was marshal wards then after that empire stores now it's changed its name to K/Co I find staff very helpful who awser the phones but I must say some times a get someone that speak in a very strong foran ascent and to be. Very honest at time I have to ask them to repeat there selfs a couple of times before I understand but I fine they are very good and help me out thank you for all your help with any problems I have had in the past 30odd years of being an agent .I love the great plus sizes your making them more fashionable and some great choices in shoes as well I have had alsorts from my catalogue over the years and as I say if a problem as popt up your staff are there to get it sorted out for me thank you again

Excellent service with 1st class delivery and collections if you need to return anything.

I have no problems with Kays/Great Universal apart from the over complicated Reward scheme.It was much better when you earned Rewards on everything you paid in.
Other than that ,I have had no issues at all in over 20 years as a customer.

I have been with k&co for a very long time. I find them easy to deal with and they have a good range of products. I would and have recommended them to my friends. The website is easy to navigate and use (both to order and make my payments). As someone on a low income the interest free payment terms are ideal for when I need to make bigger purchases. I'm very happy with k&co, thank you.

AS STATED BOUGHT SOME SLIPPERS £78 price dropped two hours later contacted kandco to ask if they would take the £20 of seeing as they hadn't shipped yet and was basically told NO ...i would have to refuse delivery and then reorder stupid policy especially for a customer that regularly with family spend £6000 plus each year

There is a vast range of shopping available however, things cost a lot more than they would in a shop and even from their sister company Very.
That being said the ordering process is straight forward, fast delivery and with the many payment options it's a great way to shop.

I've been with k&co for aslong as I can remember. I've never had a bad experience with them. Anytime I've needed to return any item, be it clothing or electrical gadget it's been a smooth process getting a refund or replacement. They have been in the business for decades and know how to treat customers. You have probably heard certain people complain about their customer service but in my opinion they are the ones with the problems with bad attitudes. I've worked in call centres I know how customers can be. 10/10 for k&co

Have always had great service from Kandco. Always great choice of clothes and footwear. Have bought several pieces of furniture too and have never been disappointed with the quality of each piece. Homeware is great too. Helps being able to pay on a monthly basis. Also get money off reward points which is a bonus. Delivery has always been made on time. Would recommend this company with no reservations at all.

I have been a customer of yours for many years. I think you were Empire Stores previously, I may be wrong. But when wanting anything I always look at your site first. Have never been anything else that completely satisfied with your products and shall continue to use you until the day I die!!
