Can’t score them zero. This is a scamming company. As everybody says - poor quality, don’t fit don’t match ad etc avoid. First time I’ve ever been caught!

Total scam. I stupidly ordered something from instagram ad. Sent me the items but wanted to return the items . They want more money. Dumb mistake on my part. Stay away. You have been warned.

I ordered cargo shorts size 32 and received size XL. There is no receipt in the bag and no information regarding how to return. You need to email them to get this. They did respond to my email and suggested I keep the XL and send $15 for the size I originally ordered. I don’t trust them and want my money back. Have not seen a response to my request for return slip.

I received my order but it was literally empty boxes!!! This is a total scam. I have reached out several times to arrange a return and refund and I keep getting an automated response.

I ordered a child's flotation swimsuit from Kangoo Kids. They took my money instantly, but it never arrived. I've emailed them repeatedly, but they keep telling me it's been delivered.
Pretty sure it's a scam. I never received an order no from them, and I never received notification from the postal service that it was being delivered. Just emails from Kangoo telling me it had been delivered.

I bought a children's felt Christmas tree and when it arrived I was incredibly disappointed with the quality. The pieces fell apart within days. When I contacted them about this, they said it could be fixed by using gum??
Their communication is slow, unprofessional and their products are terrible quality.

Kangoo-Jumps took my money ASAP but never sent the boots. I tried getting a refund but no response. I will now have to dispute with my bank as fraud.

I actually did receive jump boots from this place. I didn't read the scam reviews until after I ordered and didn't receive a tracking number or confirmation email soon after or the next day. I emailed the company with no response. I thought I had gotten scammed. However I did NOT receive official Kangoo Jump boots from them. I got some off brand called Top Fan Jumps. They work and are super fun.. not as durable as real KJs. Didn't seem like they needed much breaking in. Also you cannot take these off brand half price boots to any Kangoo Jump class as it's against the rules and they aren't certified to have anyone jumping in anything other than official KJs. (Pretty sure they were advertised as KJs)

I ordered my boots on Monday and was so excited to get them. I was a little worried with the other reviews however I have not had the same experience. I ordered the boots and received the confirmation email, then the processing/despatch email a couple of days later. In the despatch was my tracking link and my boots have arrived today! In 5 days I have them on my feet and that’s amazing! Thank you so much to the team for getting my boots to me, I’ll be back to order some more for my daughter soon!

I brought a pair of kangaroo jumps last year from this site for my foster daughter and she has thoroughly enjoyed them.
They are brilliant for calming and exercise, sadly she broke one of the boot parts and we have just received the part from paul.
These are tough times for us all and i did not mind waiting for the part, my foster daughter is very happy and i highly recommended this product and company.

SCAM! do NOT buy from this website! I cannot believe that it is so hard to buy a pair of Kangoo Jumps boots in 2020 (Let's not talk about the fact that there are only maximum 2 places- I only know one- in London where you can actually go for a KJ class)! On their official website, you cannot see any way of buying, but on this so called "official distributor" you can actually "buy". There must be a link between these websites(Maybe). I have ordered my pair of boots more than 3 weeks ago and of course, I got nothing. I have even tried to contact this "seller" by e-mail and phone, and he did not answer (of course). I have even contacted the KJ head office and finally, they replied to my e-mail very promptly asking me to try to get my money back and order from them once again. But how can I order from them since on their website there is no shop linked/ no way of buying? Do you have to contact them by e-mail first and ask for a pair of boots? How can I trust these distributors now? I thought they would solve my problem since this FAKE website is claiming to be the OFFICIAL UK DISTRIBUTOR, THE ONLY ONE, THE TRUSTWORTHY ONE. Therefore they should be affiliated and know about each other! Where's the answer? Still confuse, looking forward to see what e-mail I get back from the Head Office regarding my claim of having THEM solving my problem, since they are working under the same umbrella company.

2nd time of being scammed buying online since in London; life is beautiful. Now even a scammer has web developer skills. How lovely!

Taking people’s poney with no intention of fulfilling orders. Finally have refund through PayPal £207. Absolutely disgusting. Three nights no sleep due to this awful man. Luckily a lovely lady on fb has sold me some now waiting on delivery her name is agnese bluma from Southend

I ordered about a month ago...£197...no sign of them, tried calling them and left several messages and sent numerous emails....no response from them at all...as far as I can see they are the only supplier of genuine kangoo jumps...terrible service and I don’t know if I’ll receive them at all?!! 😟🤬...PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHATS GOING ON!!!

The worst service ever experienced in my life...I've ordered a pair of Kangoo jumps boots, paid £200 and never received the delivery confirmation or even worst the boots. Due to COV-19 lockdown, the seller claims he doesn't have access to his emails, but still, he takes the payment. Over the phone conversation, I asked him why he is taking orders if he can not comply to them, and why on the web site there is no info regarding this situation. I have tried to contact him, he picked up the phone and he was extremely rude and then he hung up on me without solving the problem. I have requested my money back and he didn't want to...and then I've climbed the complaint to PayPal, they tried to contact him without any luck...he had 28 days to respond and he didn't.
The person is called Paul A. Clarkson, he's the only person apparently working for Clarkson Enterprises LTD - Sole Exclusive Kangoo Jumps U.K. Distributor, he is CEO, he is the salesman, he is his "own boss" he said.
