Kansashatters, also doing business as Randshatworks, billing under SunFay. They are a scam site located in China. Their hats are nothing more than cheap felt costume hats. As a collector of hats, even my cheapest hat (cheaper than their prices) is of better quality.
The order page states delivery in one to two days. I added fast shipping to my order, the didn’t even ship it for another 5 days. It took 23 days to even get here, the box was crushed and it was the wrong hat! They refused to work with me, demanded that I pay return shipping. They sent the wrong product and didn’t want to give me a refund. I had to appeal to PayPal, who ruled in my favor, so I got everything back, and a crappy hate to boot.

Take note, do not confuse them with Rand's Custom Hats which is a very reputable hat company, or Kansas&Hatters also a good hat company.

How is this ripoff company allowed to continue stealing from people?? The hat I got was a costume hat at best. The material was very cheap and did not hold its shape and the band was supposed to be leather. It was material. Then when I tried to send it back the site went down. My bank could not recover the money because I had no proof of sending it back. This company sux!!

It's a shame I didn't read this sooner.
I buyed a nice looking hat. but when I received, it was not the one I saw on the picture and the size were wrong too, it also looks very cheep.
After so many ways to try to contatc them, all contacts media on their webside are fake o do not work. Finally a found a contact email.
Their response was I have to take care of the returning proccess to Hong Kong.
As everyboda sais before, this is a swindler site. don't buy here.

Typical runaround you get from a scam business. I've waited well over 2 months and then contacted them. They're telling me my order was disposed of due to me providing an inaccurate address and said since the 'error' was on my end, I won't be reimbursed. That, of course, is false and ridiculous. They said I can get a 70% discount if I reorder. How about refunding 100% of my money you crooks?? Please don't waste your money.

Ordered what was pictured and listed as a Silverbelly hat online. Thought this company was a US. Wrong color hat. It came tan or beige. Not white or even silver. Contacted customer service. They insulted me, said my brain was messy. They said the lighting can change the color. You can't get a silver or white hat from tan. I should have looked at their reviews before purchasing. Stay away from this Chinese BS. Cheap imitation! Shame on Facebook for even letting these ripoffs advertise!

Am I glad I looked at this places reviews before I bought one of their hats. You’d think a guy would learn after buying a Lemmy Kilmister hat for cheap…it was Buck Store Halloween type felt hat…cool for a Buck, not fifty bucks. Beware, moral of this story being, you see a nice hat like Ronnie Van Zant or Clint Eastwood’s for less than $300, you know you’re being duped at best.

Received my hat today🙁 nothing like advertised, cheap material bands fell off, made of som cheap flimsy felt material! They advertised weathered and worn looked like leather or thicker material, bands don’t match and not attached!
Buyers beware!!!

This product has left me feeling absolutely deceived to the point of not shopping on line again ,for what was advertised and received is fraudulent, very unhappy with this outcome ,nobody should shop here.

This company is a total scam. I ordered a hat called The Horse Boy. Never got the product. Had sent several emails to them asking where my product was. All they did was send me the shipping monitor page, which had an shipping number that didn't match up with any shipping number coming from China. Half the ads on Facebook are a scam. Scammers love Facebook. They did answer me with a letter that accused me of profainity and miss used words. Total BS.

Cheap product, pictures are deceiving and the hat band doesn't even go all the way around brim. Very floppy brim and has a string to adjust hat size. Never buy from them again.

Got scammed AGAIN! There are companies out there, like Kansas and Hatters, who falsely advertise goods and provide an extremely low-quality product (for a premium) to access your credentials then suddenly, you'll discover unauthorised transactions on your bank account! Often 'from' Bolt, Uber etc which are common for people to use, so the transactions may go unnoticed. I've never used Bolt, so this is how I knew the transactions were fraudulent.

DO NOT BUY FROM IG or FB without first doing a company search, and check online reviews. Apparently, 50% of advertised goods on IG are scams! Less than 50% are reliable on FB! Best to purchase from platforms that have a guarantee and DO NOT BUY FROM KANSAS & HATTERS!

Ordered my hats at the end of November. Still have not received products. Scam for sure. Tracking information was not sent in any fashion, what tracking information you receive at the time of purchase is vague and unclear. This was my bad for not researching more before the purchase. Please note that a real company will give you all of their companies contact information on their website. This does not have anything when you look closely. No phone numbers. No customer service. Return policy is just 20% of total sale. I have sent over a dozen E-Mails with order numbers attached and received no response (just trying to get some kind of tracking number and arrival date). This site was created this year. Facebook let this company advertise on their main platform like they were legit. Nobody did there research on this one. This is clearly a scam directed at Americans for the Holiday Season. More Chinese Scam Artist's.

Took monies without authorisation no sign of cavalry hat ,tracking number won't work and customer services,are rude beyond belief.

Don't go any where near the company ,oh they also said they don't have to give refunds.
Thought this was a USA company but nooo Chinese rip off artists,avoid like the plague!!!!!!

This is a Chinese POS! As all this is a front!!, they need to be investigated, I bought a calvary red river hat what I got was a piece of crap nothing like the website picture!!!! Stay clear of this company and Mr.Chen!!! They are crooks!! Consider yourself warned!

Absolute crap. Do not waste your money.

Don't buy from them. Chinese scam. Products are not as advertised. Crap quality hats you can buy at a costume/Halloween store for 5 dollars. They will only refund 20%, not the full amount. Do not make the same mistake I did.

The hat band only goes around 3/4 of the hat!
