I bought the Lisbon Duffle Backpack and can't comment on the durability but am obsessed with the design. It seems to have endless 'hidden' compartments and plenty of space in the main section for a weekend away (possibly a week depending on how much you need!) but still manages to feel compact. This completely fits what I was looking for as a small suitcase is too small and a medium too big. The only thing that is sacrificed really is wheels. Also love the additional wet section and laundry bag and haven't even seen where to put my laptop yet. Comfortable padded straps if using it as a rucksack and very stylish overall.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service I received recently. According to your system, the delivery attempt was unsuccessful because the courier was unable to reach me by phone or at home. However, I would like to clarify that no one attempted to contact me during the first three days. It was only on the fourth day that I received a call.
This delay and lack of communication caused significant inconvenience. I hope that you will take steps to improve your delivery process to ensure better customer service in the future.

My experience has been very poor as I received a duplicate package from the Post Office about a week after receiving my package from DHL. I contacted customer service and was told I must print out my own return label and post it back to them. I do not appreciate the lack of care for my time I wasn’t offered anything to help smooth over the process but felt bossed around to rectify their error (something to do with UK customs). Although I like the product I will not be buying from them again and do not recommend their company especially if you’re based in the UK it seems.

Wrong timing
Hello.
While the backpack I ordered is still to be used, I wanted to share the customer service experience, which was not satisfactory.
First, there was the information on the website that the delivery would be within 1-3 working days, which made me wait, because I was ordering a backpack as a gift, so it was important for me to make sure I still have time for the return if the person doesn't like it.
However, within a couple of working days the backpack was just shipped.
In approx. a week from that point I got an email that DHL could not deliver the backpack to me on that day, so there is a delay. At the same time, local post office send me an email that they will actually deliver it soon.
Later on the same day I got another email with the information that DHL courrier could not reach me, therefore did not deliver, as if it was my responsibility to miss it.
Within an hour, Posti sent me an email that the backpack is ready to be picked up, which we did ourselves.
It was my first experience ordering something from the company. So far, definitely not the best one :)
The backpack seems quite cool, so thank you for that, but would suggest to review the customer journay.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Quality and Customer Service
Received a defective item and was offered 20% off a future purchase—which doesn’t mean much since I bought it during a sale at the same discount. I can just wait for another sale. No real resolution, poor customer service. Won’t be buying from them ever again.

Not so great experience
Purchased the Bergen pro on the 6th April and I still haven't received it over 3 weeks later.
Customer service sent me a new one and that one still hasn't arrived, when flagged to the advisor it still hasn't arrived and I need it by the 1st I was told to "cross my fingers it arrives in time"
I really am sad and unfortunately I wouldn't order from here in the future because of this
If you live in the UK I would not order as they seem to have issues with customs and getting the items to royal mail.

Offering the customer a tailor to fix the product in 2 years warranty period!
I bought a Lund Pro Black from the Kapten & Son online store. After 1.5 years, my chest buckle is broken. I went to the store in Berlin and ask for some support. They told me that since the chest buckle is fixed, they can provide a new backpack for me. However, when I told them that I bought the product from the online store, they responded to me that if that's the case, they can not help me at all. Afterwards, I contacted online support and they send me a new chest buckle. I think sending a spare part which can not be changed by the end user is ridiculous. They suggested me to find a tailor. I was not expecting store and online store to handle customer complaints in such a way. The brands with the similar price point is offering lifetime warranty and Kapten & Son is offering me a tailor. I won't be shopping from the brand again unfortunately.

Shipping took little longer than I expected, but I was always notified about changes. Overall, all experience with the buying process and the product was great.
